There is a crease down the middle. We never could get it out, even after washing it. Nice looking and the right length, but that fold in the middle! We ended up folding it in half and using it that way. It makes for a more narrow path, but keeps our carpet clean. Would have been nice if they shipped it rolled instead of folded.

After 1 month or so, I can say my beige 5 x 3 Kozyfly rug is holding up well with 2 adults and 3 cats in the house. It is truly a great investment! I can either sweep or vacuum it clean on the daily and it still looks new! So, I ordered another, but the wrong size. I meant to get the 6 x 2 runner version.Exchanging it is not possible. Returns will cost me $6.99+ or drive 40 minutes to my nearest UPS store for free return shipping. That kind of a rural country drive will take $6.99 in gas alone. So, now I am stuck with a product I simply want to exchange, but can't. Going forward, I will not be doing any business with an Ai driven business.Again, great product! Well stitched, no pile which makes for a great Mudroom entry "carpet". :-)

We moved to an island full of SAND, it gets EVERYWHERE. Our belongings are still being shipped, so I ordered this runner for our foyer and it is sheer perfection! The same color as sand, low profile for our door to swing over it, and it lays perfectly flat! I opened the package and laid it out, that's it. I imagine some steam or heat would get the creases out but we don't care about looks as much as function. Very soft on the feet, and the rubber bumps on the bottom give it good grip - we don't have to use rug tape!DISREGARD THE PULLS - turns out our housecats LOVE the texture and are "kneading" it on the regular. It's inexpensive so we don't care, especially since their trees and scratchers are still in transit.

This runner fits perfectly in my little bathroom. It’s nice and soft on my bare feet. The rubberized backing keeps it from sliding and the bottom of my bathroom door clears the rug just fine. The fold creases after unpacking worked themselves out after a few days of walking on it. I haven’t washed it yet. So far I just shake it off outside before I sweep and mop the floor. The rug offers nonslip stability when getting in and out of the shower or tub. The color scheme works well, there is no off gas smell and the rug seems well made. Possibly one of the best bath mats I have ever bought.

Viene doblada en 4 en vez de enrollada, entonces llega como doblada que tienes que planchar para que quede un poco mejor. Es una tela gruesa prácticamente, pero por el precio está bien.
