I run a few gallons between kegs to flush out my taps and beer lines. This will help prevent beer stone from forming and help prevent off flavors caused from your dispensing system. If you aren't using this product in your brewery, you should be!

I have used multiple products to clean bar lines over the past 8 years and this by far is superior. The drawback is that the solution is clear, so I'd recommend adding color to the solution so that you know when the lines are fully rinsed of any remaining chemical. I'll purchase it once again and perhaps add some food dye if this won't leave a residue in the draft line.
