Blate Papes are the thinnest oblate paper available at just 10 microns, yet they are very strong. This makes them softer when swallowing, which is very important for taking large amounts of powder!

Being larger than any other oblate wafer, they allow for the widest range of possibilities when using them in preparing, cooking and even decorating various foods and candies.
1. Lay one sheet out on a clean, dry surface (or scale). Add powder with the supplied scoop
- Always make sure your hands are completely dry before touching the film
- It's best to get into the habit of weighing your powders using a scale so you always get a precise measurement
2. Pick up the pape and fold it shut as small as possible
- Aim to make a narrow shape as this is easiest to swallow. Folding multiple triangles is one way to accomplish this.
3. Dip into water halfway and place in your mouth
- Alternatively, you may simply drop it in the water and drink it down while it floats (this works best with herbs such as kratom, turmeric, matcha, etc)
- Either way, always wet it before consumption!
4. Swallow with water
- Also always drink it down with more water to ensure adequate moisture and flush

I was shocked that they did not come in the hard plastic case. I literally had to dig out my old one from the garbage. I love the square ones and will continue to buy them, but no case was a huge disappointment. Maybe come up with a permanent reusable case, I would by one! I don't know how long I one I have now will last. I take Kratom with mine 3 to 4 times a day.

I take a supplement often mixed in tea or bought in capsule form at a higher price. It’s so much cheaper if you buy the powder form, though. Someone mentioned these squares and they are perfect. I’d recommend purchasing a scale that shows mgs so you can measure your intake of whatever you want to use these squares for, for sure.After placing the powder on the square which is on the scale, I take all four corners and then twist. I dip it quickly in water, and swallow. Cannot taste the yucky powder at all. And as long as you only use one square, it’s very easy to swallow.It’s important to make sure you only have one square, though. Otherwise it’s difficult to swallow. The company has several YouTube videos as to how these work. An important tip I have is you don’t actually have to make a seal when you twist. If keep the twist at the top and fold it over a bit, you can dip it in the water then swallow with water. Keeping the twist at the top keeps you from tasting the powder at all.It does take some practice but don’t give up. It’s super worth it and I save so much money because capsules are much more expensive!

These sheets a lot bigger than other blate discs and unnecessarily so. Just more the have to dissolve and digest imo but these cause less digestive issues and seem to process more easily.

I have a love/hate relationship with these. They work really well, but are overpriced for what they are. The company website is also overpriced, so it isn't just here. I believe they have a corner on the market because I can't find any other brands that are similar. Thus, the high price I suppose.

I absolutely loved be them. It was a trial and error the first two times, until I figured out the maximum capacity for them. But once I got it all in order, they are great. Just as you see on the tiktok videos.

I bought the flat ones for economy. It is not easy for a beginner to package them up like in the videos. I wish I had bought the cones and not squares, but I will figure it out. Do go watch the videos though. Good advice and instructions.

These oblates are most definitely superior to all others! They are very easy to use, with great packaging that provides instructions for several different ways you can assemble them. These have allowed me to take my powdered supplements with such ease and convenience, which has motivated me to maintain consistency in my regimen; I will never go back to my previous methods after discovering BlatePapes!!

These oblates are quite a bit bigger than other ones that I've used, which is great if you need to take a lot of powdered supplements. They're also thicker and more durable than other brands, so there's less of a chance of the oblates breaking open. The price compared to their competitors is amazing as well. I was paying about $11 for 100 oblate bags. It's so much more cost effective to just make the bags myself, and it's super easy.. barely an inconvenience. All you need is some basic folding skills and a little water to seal the edges.I pre-make little pouches with these oblates. The pouches can easily fit 5 grams of powder. When I'm ready to take my supplements, I just take the filled pouch I made, fold the top down twice, then dunk the oblate in water while my fingers are still holding on to the folded top. I pinch the top while it's in the water to make sure it's sealed, then take a swig of water and pop the oblate in my water filled mouth and swallow. Hopefully that little description helps newbies a bit. =)

After buying bag types for use, I saw this product and ordered it. The problem that I had was separating thebag type from one another. Sometimes two could stick together and appear as one. And forget about the disk types, too small and break easily spilling the contents. These have more versatile, stronger. The Blate Papes DO NOTstick to each other and with the 4 inch by 4 inch size are easy to handle, manage, shape and form and if thereis too much excess, you can cut it off. No more frustrations as these are easy to use and maneuver. So easy to handle.I am very much more than satisfied with them and they simply are the Best of kind in the category~
