The paper is thin, smoother and glossier on one side and a little rougher on the other side. Printing the design on a food printer turns out well.

I like the firmness of it. It’s a little thick It’s not thin so if you’re considering making flowers and such order the thiner one.

This is essentially a waxed parchment paper. It is not edible, as the description suggests. Furthermore, since they labelled it as edible, Amazon counts it as a food item, and is not eligible for return.
