It is, what it says it is? I use it on the blades of my hedge trimmers mostly, good thin lubricant

If you buy these just be prepared to have to blow up the cans to get product out. I found a smudged date code and it was a few years old. Still fine and I saved a few bucks but having about 1/2 the cans flat was a pain. I use a blow gun with a rubber tip on the air compressor and can put about 100psi in them which you will have to do a few times per can.

Once a month application to gate track and chain... keeps the slide open/slide closed gate working smoothly. However, can sprays fir initial use then emits a stream of lubricant instead of a spray. Even with that quirk, product is effective and we would buy again.

Man this stuff works great!Used it on my 1970 Plymouth Fury parking brake cables. Strapped red plastic schnozzle at where cable goes into sheath to help pressure spray lube into cable housing. Sprayed and flushed it through until dirty oil flowed clear out the other side. --- Of course make sure to do with brake drums off so doesn't get on friction surfaces...B'laster cable spray seems to magically WORK EVEN BETTER AFTER IT SOAKS IN FOR A DAY!! The formerly sticky creaky parking brake cable mechanism now glides silky smooth!AND it's my new favorite "use it anywhere" spray lube, due to superior performance and screamin' deal on 12 can purchase option. Don't laugh, but B'laster chain & cable spray MAKES ME HAPPY when I use it!!!!
