I have two cats who have done their best to destroy the wall to wall carpeting in my house so I was happy to have a chance to use this Carpet Spot Remover. It is a nice set – two 32 ounce bottles of spot remover and three reusable towels – which is great because I use it a lot! It is very easy to use – just spray on the spot, blot with the towel, and the stains are gone. Not always completely gone – my cats are really good at creating a mess! – but much better than before and barely noticeable. I use these a lot and am quite happy with the results!

These came with nozzles installed and they were not secured to the bottle. Many of the bottles I receive are sealed capped with the nozzle separated. I can understand why now. The nozzles had a rings of cardboard around them to protect them, but that does not keep them from vibrating loose. So the cardboard was soaked as well.The solution itself, I used on some old pet stains. The stains were cleaned shortly after, but there was always a little bit of residual. As far as I can tell, this stuff seems to have lifted them up. I sprayed the spots down and used the included clothes to soak up the affected areas. The clothes were showed some transfer. And the spots looked cleaner.

...This stuff is amazing! As a household with an aging pet, we've seen an uptick in the number of accidents that occur on our carpet over the past few years. That has required us to search high and low for carpet cleaning products that remove stains and scents... which led us to this offering from Black Swan.After using the carpet spot remover for several weeks, I must say I'm beyond impressed with the quality and reliability of this product. Beyond pet stains, we've put this to work on stubborn coffee and juice stains that we've never been able to fully remove, and this cleaner nearly eliminated them entirely. It truly is a fantastic cleaner!Unfortunately, the included spray attachments on these bottles are made from flimsy plastic, which makes them subject to cracking and leaking. That's the only real downside, though. We resolved this by pouring the cleaner into a different spray bottle and labeling it accordingly, and we haven't had any issues since.Despite some room for improvement on the spray nozzle, what's in the bottle is what counts, and this spot remover is universally great at the job for which it is intended! That makes it easy to give it a five star rating!
