It is EXCELLANT. I tried it immediately on a spot I wish that I had taken a picture first. One treatment and spot is gone.

This is magic in a bottle, I am convinced. Cat stains, baby stains, food stains - gone. I might be overzealous in applying it because it ran out quick for such a large size bottle. Didn’t leak in transit nor after opening when in storage.Will be buying again.

We had somehow spilled and rubbed in burnt candle ash - idk how?! I thought we’d never get it out and had very little hope. So much that I just put the problem in the back of my lists to do and didn’t address it for probably about over a year (don’t judge). I bought this product and when it came in, I had a lot going on and again, I pushed this to the back burner of things to do.I didn’t even look at the packaging but I figured I’d need a great deal of time and extra tools - vacuum, iron, sponges, water? Idk?Today, I had a moment and I’ve had enough of this spot!! I got out the bottle expecting for this to be a lengthy endeavor. Ummm… no?? Faster than brewing coffee! It is just spraying the area and blotting!! That’s it!I sound like an infomercial but it’s true! I think it’s a great value for the size! Highly recommend!

I bought two matching chairs (one shown...before and after) from Goodwill for $25 a piece. You could see they were well made and very comfortable. I actually loved the fabric, but I could tell that those old stains would make it impossible to save it so I would have to find covers or get them reupholstered. Well, the more I thought about it, the more I decided against reupholstering them...that would be a fortune and would totally defeat the bargain price I paid for them. I also couldn't find the right size (and right fabric) chair covers so the two chairs became my pets chairs out in our sunroom...and got grimier as the years went by. I finally decide to either throw them out or make a last ditch effort at cleaning them. I read the reviews and saw the pics provided and decided to go with FOLEX. Boy, am I happy with the results! They aren't perfect, but nothing in my house is...but they are sanitary and look 95% better and that is enough for me, especially since I was dealing with old, set in stains. I suspect I will be a FOLEX customer for life!

It did get some of my spots up, but you really have to scrub scrub and the spots were small.. Passable but will not buy again.

We have had these nasty stains from a leaking garbage bag embedded in the carpet for almost 6 months. Of course I didn’t see it until after it dried up and crusted over. It was driving me insane every time I would walk past (avoid) them and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole carpet cleaner thing and spend over $100, but this ended up being the best $20 i’ve ever spent. It took, i’m not even kidding, just a few sprays to get the stain wet and I scrubbed with the cloth for 5-10 seconds and right before my eyes it was gone!!! I was so impressed I did it on every step I saw any type of mark or stain, it does the job so well, depending on how deep the stain is it is minimal effort. After I was done scrubbing the carpet it was a little crazy looking so I went over it with a regular vacuum and it smoothed it out just enough to make it look new and fluffy like before! I’m sure scrubbing the carpet down one way would work just the same but I thought the vacuum would help seal the deal. The bottle is pretty big too so you will get your use out of it. This is my holy grail now and I will swear by it until she proves me wrong!

This review is a gross one but I feel that being transparent about the severity of my situation is an important attestation to the quality of this product. Before I get into it I just want to say that it's Wednesday night as I write this and I'm feeling much better now.Don't know if it was the kinda old-ish meatballs I had for dinner the night before (they were frozen so I assumed it was ok), the hotdog I made for breakfast, or a virus of some sort but on Monday I threw up the vilest nasty chunks all over my dark green carpet (it's a rental) and could barely move. The kind of vomiting you feel in your ribs and can't talk for a couple days after. Each time I'd try to stand it would start again. I had to straight up replace my wifi router.I used a small spill vacuum to try and clean up once I got the chunks, a process that made me throw up on the carpet even more, but there were these nasty blotches of like half digested hot dog meat and bread embedded after. As a side note the black & decker spill buster sucks.I was worried this stuff would smell like straight chemicals since nothing was listed, but it gave off a vaguely flowery clean scent. Kinda like how fabuloso is its own scent, but not quite that. I used this stiff bristle brush to scrub my carpet with this stuff and then dab at the moisture with the included rag, which to be honest is mostly just a nice gesture of them because it's just a regular nothing-special rag that does the job.And now you just can't even tell. It's back to the admittedly hideous shade of green that I'm sure my landlord got a great deal on in the early 2000's. No weird smell or anything. Like it never happened. I'm going to go buy my first ever bath bomb and order some chicken wings. Just truly let myself live in luxury after the past couple days. Folex CEO if you see this just know that I love you.
