I have a galvanized drain pipe that was mostly plugged from meat grease during a chili cook off years ago. I have tried many products and drain cleaners with no appreciable gain. I used half the container of this product on my drain. And then let it sit unused for two weeks. {Occasional Use Outdoor Kitchen} the product did help my drain/grease problem! I have again treated the drain with the rest of this product to see if I can gain any more drain function. So overall, this product did help with a heavily grease clogged underground drain pipe.

This product does what it says. Took care of my issues with whatever mix of junk and grease that was clogging my drains. We recently purchased the house and had noticed some issues with slow drains. Didn't want to put chemicals in it...so tried this. Had to use it twice but problem is cleared. If you're not in a rush.this stuff works!

It took a few days, but it kept us from having a plumber out. The sink drain was completely clogged. We could tell it was mostly grease. We try to be careful, but the plumbing is 50 years old. With being in & out of town and using paper plates, we were able to keep applying the product to the drain from sink and roof over several days. It cleared just before the plumber came. We are going to use it monthly now. Smelled good, too.

This helped a little, but my clog was bigger than I thought. I had to call a plumber.

From reading the product description, I assumed being enzyme based opposed to chemical that it would not cause any harm to the enzymes within my domestic sewage treatment plant... Oh how wrong could I be! Sadly enzymes do not have the ability to write poor product reviews as I would have taken heed of their feedback and discontinued at the earliest opportunity, instead they staged a mass-protest and made their opinions known by immediately quadrupling their output of hydrogen sulphide (just to let me know). Their mass protest was one of the best 'dirty protests' encountered within my village and the message was quickly understood by half the population in a SW wind direction that dares to venture outside of the safety of their homes. Even the local environmental health officer joined the protest by sending me a letter which roughly translated as 'mother of god, what have you done?!!'. So the moral of the story is to get the timing of it right and just bleach the bejesus out of your drains/traps the night before you are due to get the tank emptied in knowledge that your are going to start from scratch the next day anyway. Another alternative which appears to be weak but works slowly without causing harm is ecover toilet cleaner, it's like a bleach made from fairy tears and unicorn farts that does not upset the militant squadron of terd-eating enzymes that dwell in the cess pit of doom.
