Why can not froth my milk?
Firstly, we suggest using the fresh whole milk to froth. This milk frother makes the silky smooth airy foam bubbles and wet-paint texture that’s characteristic of a latte. Even when using whole milk, be careful that the heated milk will not froth again, make sure the milk is cold before frothing. Finally, Please make sure the amount of milk should not lower than the MIN line!
Why did my machine stop working?
Firstly, check the power cable is connected.
Then, Place the mug directly under running water using a non-abrasive cloth making sure that the underside of the milk frother and LED panel are dry.
Why do I think my milk isn't hot enough?
This milk warmer can heat milk and increases its apparent sweetness. proper milk temperature is 55-66 Celsius as you go hotter you will lose the sweetness flavor, the proper temperature will not scald you

Good frothing machine for making matcha latte! Its makes it either warm or cold. The frotheness work perfectly well and smoothly. If any issues with the product you can easily contact the customer service and they very quickly to resolve the issue.

Who doesn't like frothed milk, especially in their coffee?! Boxed oat milk doesn't work, but still heats it. This works great, especially for the price.

We have had two of these so far and each lasted 5 months before going out. One was a gift from in-laws and we purchased a second when the first stopped working so they wouldn’t realize the gift stopped working so quickly, but then the second one also stopped working after 5 months so feel like it’s just another cheap product we’re sending to the landfill. 👎🏼 At the time it was $60 so too much money IMO for a milk frother and one that doesn’t even make it half a year. Contacted support several times to see if they could help or provide a resolution and absolutely no response. Not recommended!

I had bought a Keurig with frother. I had to take it back the next day, because the frothier didn't work. They replaced it with another one and after 9 months the frother quit too. I got use to the frother, so I purchased this and it works great. If you do not like froth, you can just use it to heat the milk or cream.

Conceptually, this is a fine machine. The frother foams to a nice consistency and the milk heats to a drinkable temperature in a reasonable amount of time. There are several levels to choose from: lots of foam, 50/50 foam, heat only, foam only. The tank is easy to clean.I really loved the product for about a month, until the heating element (or timer) quit working. The unit continues to froth to perfection on the cold setting. But when any other option is selected, the device turns off after approximately three seconds. Not nearly long enough to heat the milk.My workaround is to simply froth (cold setting) and top off my hot drink. In other words, make use of only 25% of the available settings. Five stars for frothing; No star for heating (Hence the three star review. :-) )

I have had many unfortunate experiences with milk frother in the past. I had one that lasted me 7 years and someone in my household, submerged it in water so I bought another one that was cheap and plastic, but it did the job, however, a kid in my home knocked it over and it broke, fell on the floor one time. So I bought this one and I loved it so much and it did the job well and it was very sturdy and it frothed milk really well, but then, after just one week of owning it we had family staying with us and that person also submerged this one in water trying to be helpful not reading the sticker. I was devastated and I ended up buying another one right away. Anyways, I rarely buy a product 2x unless I LOVE it and I love this one! I would definitely buy it again but I hope I don’t have to. I like that it can do 2 different densities of warm foam.

Absolutely in love with my new frother. Packages to ensure no damage during shipment, had this up and running in minutes. Ultra quiet operation and auto shut off makes the perfect byproduct of my desire consistently, quickly, and efficiently. Love the colour and it sits perfectly on my coffee table, footprint is perfect. Rugged design and build seems to be high quality. I looked for imperfections and found none. Now a staple in my caffeine arsenal and took my barista abilities to next level.

Having been a user of the Nespresso milk frother for years, I can say that this device produces results that are on par with the more expensive frothers, and operation is a breeze.However, there are a couple of design elements to be aware of. Firstly, the power cord is significantly heavy compared to the light base and milk container. This imbalance led to an early morning milk spill on my end. As I was plugging in the device, the weighty cord flipped the base and caused the milk container to topple. The second design flaw, that the lid doesn’t secure tightly with a suction onto the container, ensured that I spent a few minutes of my morning cleaning up spilled milk from my counters and floor.If you’re alert to these aspects, or perhaps a tad more coordinated than I am in the mornings, this frother is top-notch. For those who put a premium on design details, it might be worth considering higher-end models that fine-tune such elements.In essence, for its primary role of producing excellent froth, this device shines. Just be mindful of its quirks!
