*An honest review- This item lasted less than 4 months, purchased at the end of Oct. It worked OK while it lasted. Did not make the dense foam that others brands have made. Also it beeps when you place it back into the base, beeps when you turn it on...unnecessary. Not sure how it received the positive reviews...disappointing.*REVISED: So, I am changing this back to 4 stars. I replaced the whisk inside with the second one included and it works again! Should have thought to do that. Decent frother- but still working

I bought this in 2022 but didn’t pull it out of the box until this year as I had a little handheld frother. That finally died on me and I remembered I had this one. So far, I’m happy with the item: it’s quiet, does a quick job of heating up, makes excellent froth (my favorite is the Dense Froth as it’s not too airy but not too stiff), easy to clean up, comfortable and light grip, and super sleek to look at. Highly recommend.

I got one of these over a year ago. We used it at least 2 times a day every day if not more - and it worked great. We got spoiled with our fancy homemade coffee. We aren't the type to go to Starbucks on the regular, just on trips, so this was quite the treat and we got spoiled. My daughter even said "Mom, I feel like I'm in a higher tax bracket with our coffee now" 🤪😂Then it quit working after a little over a year. But, I figured, we've used it A LOT and it's not like it's commercial grade - so when it quit working I thought no biggie, I'll buy another one. For what it is, it's not super expensive.My 2nd one worked 1 month and I started having problems! I am so disappointed! Of course it is past the return window. It no longer froths on either froth setting. It will heat the milk and spin it around and act like it's going to froth only to be disappointed when you take the lid off. I have cleaned it very well. I have taken the little spinning spring thing off and cleaned it really well. When I did that with the old one I would put the spinning spring right back on and it would work great. Because I had one for over a year and successfully used it - I don't think it's a 'me' problem.I miss my 'higher tax bracket" coffee. Not sure I'll risk it and buy another one since it is a 50/50 chance I"ll get one that actually works longer than a month.

I have purchased no less than three for there before I found this one. They’ve all mechanically failed after a few weeks - disheartening and frustrating because they were all more than $50 a pop.This frother is inexpensive, made in America, froths hot, cold, lots of foam, moderate foam etc, all with one button, no multiple and unnecessary steps or buttons. Consistently excellent frothing results and it shows no sign of mechanical issues so far, which is a relief! Highly recommend
