Really good suctioning power. It was literally amazing how much cat hair it pulled out of my carpets. I miss being able to vacuum under my furniture like I could with my Shark stick vac, but I knew it was too large to do that when I bought it. Also while it has some attachments which are conveniently stored on the machine, there's no attachment that allows for vacuuming carpet beneath the couch or bed. For open areas it is easy to use & very effective. Also very easy to empty the dirt collection tank. Price was not particularly cheap but affordable since it seems to be a quality machine. It's not real lightweight but certainly not burdensome either.

Had to replace my other 15+ year old vacuum cleaner and this has worked perfectly getting up the cat hair and other dust/debris from my carpet and vinyl flooring. It adjusts to floor height and the suction is pretty darn strong. I also like the swivel feature which makes it easy to use and it seems lower to get underneath some furniture. Easy to assemble, has some quick change accessories for getting to those hard to vacuum areas. Very pleased with this vacuum!

THIS VACCUM IS TOTALLY AMAZING. I HAVE A SMALL YORKIE AND IN MY SECOND BEDROOM WHERE SHE LIKES TO ROLL ON THE CARPET THERE IS HAIR COLLECTION IN THE FLOOR AND SOMETIMES I JUST CANNOT SWEEP IT ALL UP. THIS VACCUM MAKES THE ENTIRE FLOOR LOOK BRAND NEW. VERY LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO MANUEVER AND MOST OF ALL THE POWER IT HAS TO COLLECT PET HAIR AND DUST PARTICLES. I AM TRULY AMAZED AT THE POWER. IM SO GLAD I PICKED THIS ONE. I WOULD BUY IT OVER AGAIN IF I NEEDED TO.

I own a cat rescue and I have anywhere between 15 and 40 cats and kittens in my home at a time. I also have two dogs, an 80 lb lab with cancer who sheds unbelievable amounts of hair, and a 4 lb Chihuahua, who also sheds. I have had multiple Bissell vacuums over the years as well as a Kirby a Shark and a Rainbow. The Kirby vacuum bags got filled way too fast and we're $5 a piece not sustainable at all. The shark had horrible suction, did not remove pet hair from carpet but did great on hard floors. The rainbow was by far the worst, most disgusting part of it was having a big wad of wet gooey hair litter etc that you had to dump after every single time you vacuumed. It was disgusting. That rainbow lasted about 2 months and I sold it on Facebook marketplace. I then started buying bissells mostly because they donated to pet shelters. What I found was they actually made a really great vacuum! I've had four bissells in the last 3 years. They vacuumed great the attachments are fairly convenient, but I vacuum twice a day sometimes three times a day so I tend to eat vacuums. I like the bissles because they're price point is so affordable you can afford to replace them and it doesn't break the bank. This new Bissell vacuum has been absolutely amazing! I've waited a couple of weeks before I wrote this review because I wanted to make sure it did what it said it was going to, and it has. It has fantastic suction if you look at the picture that is all the hair it got off of my living room area rug this morning. I vacuumed yesterday at 4:00 for the last time. That was just since all the cats have been out this morning. I love the rotating ball swivel saying it is super convenient and it makes pushing this vacuum almost effortless. Another huge improvement is the brushes on the edges of the beater bar, it helps get so much stuff away from the baseboards it's fantastic it makes my life much easier. I also really like the fact that you can put this on the lowest setting and vacuum your hard floors with it and it doesn't scatter hair whatever it actually sucks it up. Another great improvement over my last Bissell is that the cyclonic thing in the middle of the dustbin is actually screwed in and stationary. There is nothing to break or fall out or get hung up on. That's a vast improvement. I love that you can detach the handles so quickly to use the attachments. My really only gripe on this is that it needs to come with another attachment wand that you could put on the end of the handle and extend it. I'm short so I need that extra extension to vacuum the tops of window shades. I like that the crevice attachment has a brush on it that's very handy, but for those of us who also need a crevice tool that is long and narrow I wish that brush were detachable, or that there was a separate crevice tool without the brush. Those are my only two complaints about this entire vacuum. This thing is so much improvement over the last Bissell that I have, it was well worth the purchase price. I hope this thing lasts a while, if it doesn't I'm just going to buy another one exactly like it, plus maybe a couple of attachments.
