Probably lost 20 percent of the product due to the leak. The bottle is still useable. Just wish it had been packaged in something more sturdy than a plastic bag inside of a plastic mailing envelope.

If used as directed, this product is excellent at removing stains and odors. I have an older male dog and he gets anxious at times when alone and when this happens he seems to think he needs to relieve himself - now. While I am always dismayed when I find his unwelcomed activity, I have successfully used the Bissell Oxy Pet Stain and Stink Remover for both urine and feces. Many times. I woudn't be without it.

If used as directed, this product is excellent at removing stains and odors. I have an older male dog and he gets anxious at times when alone and when this happens he seems to think he needs to relieve himself - now. I'm very happy with the product..it works the best that I've found. BUT this product should be sent in a box not a soft mailer!!!! This is the reason for a "3" rating. I would like to order more but won't do so unless it is sent in a BOX!

It was recommended by a friend, but did not remove the doggy urine stain or the stink (at least not to my dog who peed in the same spot again). And, : I followed the directions carefully.

This product did not seem as strong as stated. My little yorkie did not deter from using a spot more than one time.

It must be at least 10 years since I started fighting the battle of the yogurt stain, then the cat joined us and for the last few years, he's been leaving hairballs and accompanying stains in the middle (not hidden off in some corner) of the carpet. I've tried all sorts of cleaners, stain removers (HA!), whatever I could find. My daughter's boyfriend (owner of three cats) suggested trying the Bissell cleaner. THIS STUFF IS MAGIC! Yes, it involves some elbow grease, but WOW! No more stains. I was pretty much convinced the stains were staying until we got new carpet. The fact that it got the years-old yogurt stain put me way over the top. Magic, absolute magic.
