I was happy to find a cruelty free pet stain remover made in Canada. I'm sure the product would be fine; however, the top was not taped closed before shipping and the contents leaked out. Hopefully Amazon can do a better job on order fulfillment next time.

Within two uses, sprayer nozzle did not work on spray, only stream. We transferred it to a generic bottle and sprayed area that was affected. Our puppy continued to void in same area.
