These beautiful spinners were easy to hang from the eve of our garage, and they have so-far kept the pesky woodpeckers away. Theyâve also endured the strong westerly winds that blow them year round. They look just like the on-line picture, too.

Used to deter a woodpecker. As you can see they donât work. Extremely disappointed and now Iâm out like $50. Pretty but useless.

It definitely gets the job done! We just had our stucco repaired in May and woodpeckers tried to come back and build a nest. We put these out and we had no more problems. The only gripe I have is the place they were trying to nest was near our bedroom window and the noise of these hitting the house when windy was a huge distraction. We had to take them out at night and put them back out in the morning to get a good nights rest. We will likely try the reflective tape next season.

This Spirals look nice, sparkle in the Sun. Easy to unfold and sturdy Quality. However, they scare the Pigeons off, but not the Sparrows.
