I LOVE my Bird Buddy camera bird feeder!!I’m having so much fun watching the birds that come to it. The quality of the camera is amazing. The birds are so clear on the videoIt’s easy to set up alsoI also like that you have the option to hang it or put it on a pole-both pieces are includedI would most definitely recommend it

I love my bird, buddy. This is the best purchase. I have ever made so many hours of daily fun. Watching what all comes to the feeder? Birds? We never even knew we hadIt's amazing how it continues to take videos and pictures with little to no care. The solar birdhouse is brilliant!! Thinking of getting a second for the other side of the house. It attracts so many birds.Another one or two would be perfect!! You cannot go wrong buying this product and so easy to care for!!

It's only been a couple of days since I set up my feeder, but I've already gotten about half a dozen types of birds, including woodpeckers! The The video and picture quality is great.I initially had the feeder placed in the sun and near a fence, but I didn't get any traffic there. After I moved it into the shade of a tree, the birds are all over it! So, if you're not seeing any birds, try moving the feeder.I also 'made' my own blend of birdfood based on what birds were in the area and what they liked. I basically just bought a couple seed blends and some dried meal worms, the latter of which are the most popular.

Love it! It took a few days for the birds to visit but once they started, it’s daily! I love the postcards and videos. I love the ai recognition and the fun facts you can learn about each species.

This bird feeder checks all the boxes. Easy to set up, install and clean, the app works great and is fun, and customer service is stellar. Even though I bought the product as a gift for my spouse through Amazon, when I encountered an issue, their customer service team helped resolve it. I highly recommend!

La mangeoire elle-meme est facile à installer, et les oiseaux de mon jardin ont immédiatement compris qu'elle était là pour eux. Evidemment la camera ne peut prendre en photo que les oiseaux qui viennent dans son champ, pas ceux qui préfèrent ramasser les graines tombées au sol. Les photos sont de belle qualité, les vidéos parfois présentent un brouillage vert au début mais permettent d'observer et d'entendre les oiseaux en action.L'app associée à la camera identifie les oiseaux et fournit quelques informations sur leur habitat, nourriture, comportement (une question par jour pour le plan gratuit, illimité si on s'abonne).Petits points négatifs à améliorer:- le panneau solaire de rechargement ne fonctionne absolument pas, et il faut donc fréquemment recharger la camera.- le remplissage de la mangeoire par une ouverture étroite n'est pas commode et on a du mal à ne pas renverser trop de graines.- l'intelligence artificielle échoue souvent à reconnaitre des espèces d'oiseaux qui viennent constamment, comme les mésanges, ou les identifie de façon fantaisiste comme geai, pigeon ou moineau.Dans l'ensemble ce produit est le meilleur (aussi le plus cher!) que j'aie essayé, d'autres mangeoires à camera incorporée supposées enregistrer photos et vidéos sur carte SD ont une très faible autonomie de batterie, il faudrait les démonter de leur emplacement et les recharger par cable USB tous les deux jours, ce qui est pénible pour moi et perturbant pour les oiseaux, elles me servent donc de mangeoires ordinaires. Et la qualité des deux ou trois photos obtenues était médiocre.Je recommande donc BirgBuddy malgré ses défauts qui je l'espère seront corrigés.

These are great. We love the photos on the phone throughout the day and, with the solar power, I never need to charge it.My one complaint is the build quality. It's thick plastic and has generally held up but the front plate where the birds sit and accessories mount doesn't snap in well. It comes out easily. The feeder fill opening has a hinged plastic door that, after one year, has lost the ability to stay closed. The little tabs or whatever friction closure there was has worn off and I don't refill it that often.

Es ist schon bemerkenswert, was man aufgrund von Unfähigkeit aus einer schönen Produktidee machen kann. Fast hätte ich mit einer Büroklammer in das Mikrofon gestochen, weil es keinerlei Hinweis für eine Reset-Taste gibt. Vielleicht funktioniert die mangelhafte Software auf manchen Geräten, auf meinen Handys nicht. Fazit: "chinesischer Schrott"! Da braucht man sich wegen chinesischer Spionage nur geringe Sorgen machen.

I bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband. We received it yesterday and set it up this morning. He loves it so much that he is watching it constantly and looking at his phone for notifications of visitors at the feeder.What we love:+ Quality Product - it is similar to opening up an iPhone - it is packaged perfectly+ Simple set up+ We already had our first bird on it within 20 minutes of set up+ When we took it outside to place on our birdfeeder pole, the live view would not work the first time we tried it, but it worked fine when we tried it again and has worked since.+ The App is free to download and install. The App notified us of our first bird visitor, a Tufted Titmouse, see photo of this bird at our Bird Buddy. This photo is called a postcard and came across our phone as a notification. We jumped into live view to watch - it was like Christmas morning for us to watch!FYIAfter our first bird notification and "postcard", we purchased the Bird Buddy Pro for $29.99 annually. I do not think we needed the Pro. I am not sure why we purchased it, but we can cancel it within the 7-day trial and get our money back for it. It wasn't necessary to get a notification of a bird at our feeder, and it is not needed to watch the live feed.CONS:+ I was going to wrap and gift this to my husband, but he saw it when Amazon delivered it. It ships in a brand-marked box, with a My Bird Buddy in full color on two sides of the box, with a photo of a bird on it! There is no question at all what it is! It spoiled the surprise, though the packaging is excellent. If it is a gift and the recipient lives with you, they may see it upon delivery.+ The charging cord we received is not USB-C which is what is advertised. We happened to have a cord for my husband's cordless screwdriver that plugged into the camera for the Bird Buddy to charge it. I posted a photo of the cord that came with the Bird Buddy which isn't usable for us.Noteworthy - we did buy the solar version. We charged it this initial time for one hour, and it told us it had a 75% charge, so we unplugged it and set it up. The instructions say it takes 2 hours to charge it, which isn't bad! It is a very cloudy day here and 8 hours after we set it up, it is still holding at the 75% charge.One last note, I read some reviews where the lights were hard to see. The instructions indicate the lights are faint. If you turn off the lighting in your room before going outside with the feeder, you can see the indicator lights. The room needs to be dark. The lights tell you what is going on while you are charging and syncing, connecting it so this is important.I hope this is helpful. We love it and are glad we got it.
