Ordered this pair because I couldn't find the cheap chain whip that came with my cheap tool kit. I been working on stuff here and there but I got a Hunt wheelset and has to move over my 12 speed microspline cassette. I am no professional mechanic but this combo is so darn good for no reason. Nice long handles so you get plenty of torque with minimal effort, no scraped knuckles. I even upgraded my old 2005 hardrock to a 9 speed box two drivetrain. 100% Would absolutely recommend, this is not park tool, but think of it as Ryobi for the weekend warrior. Gets the job done.Short recap, Worked on Shimano 12 speed, worked to remove 8 speed cassette on old bike effortlessly.

Worked okay the first time I used it. The second time I used it, the links broke off of the whip. Learn from my mistakes and order from a more reputable brand instead of wasting money on something that breaks after two uses.
