Tips for the bike rack installation:
1.Please remember to use a stud finder if mount on drywall. Must mount the bike hanger for garage on stud in order to hold the weight of the bike.
2. Vertical bike storage allows for the heights to be staggered and vertical bike rack spacing is suggested being between 14" and 16".
3.Pay attention the ground clearance when mount the bike rack. If it is installed high, it needs much strength to get the bike to the hooks.
4.The bike tire width should not be bigger than 2.6”.

We wanted to have some extra space in our garage so that our kids' bikes weren't all over the place. These hooks do the trick! I installed them on one of our garage walls (mounted to two 2x4's). The kids are able to get the bikes off the hooks and put them back with ease... this way I don't have to do it. Great purchase!

These were very easy to install. They hold kid bikes and adult bikes with no issues. No issues with screws. Seems to be build very nicely. Love the extra space in the garage. Prefer these over our J shaped bike once that hung from the ceiling.

These hooks are solid. I'm very happy with them. However, the included hardware is inappropriate. First, they include drywall mounts and I cannot impress upon you just how bad an idea hanging your bike from drywall is. Second, the included screws are made from a fairly soft metal so they strip pretty easily.Do yourself a favour and either mount these to a board (like I did) or mount them directly to a stud with at least 2.5" screws.

This is super sturdy and easy to install. It came with sticker guides to align the drill holes, which made it very easy to get the feeder holes aligned.The included screws were "good enough", but as is often the case the metal was a bit soft, and I'm not sure if they would survive a reinstall if we ever move. However, screws are cheap and I am certain I can get them off the wall since none of the heads were stripped.With the bikes weight, do not install this in drywall if at all possible. If you do, purchase drywall anchors that flip outward behind the wall.As you can see in the picture above, I bought a 2x10 board and mounted it to the studs in my garage. Then I mounted the bike hooks to that board at my desired separation. It is extremely secure, and the hooks feel very sturdy - I have no concerns about them bending or failing.Please note, this does not have a plate for the rear wheel, so the rear wheel will touch your wall and make it dirty.
