Update: I liked this so much that I bought a second one for my other bike. While I’m just as happy with the 2nd as the 1st, the 2nd package was short one bolt; it had 3 instead of four as it was missing 1 short clamp bolt.- original review -I bought this to open up space on my handle bars which have flat tops and not much real estate for the stock Wahoo bar mount. Set up was pretty straight forward once I realized that I needed to use the spacers on the bottom (not top) bolts of the stem clamp. Nice tight fit on my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt. Has withstood several test rides including several metric centuries+ including gravel grinders that shook, rattled & rolled. Sturdy construction and materials. Great value for money. Have not yet tried attachments but will revise this review once I do.

i love how it sits flush with my bike, and i dont have to worry at all about it moving, though be careful and maybe use threadlock for this one

I have to say, this aluminum alloy mount for the wahoo elemnt is absolutely fantastic! Not only does it offer great value, but it's also high quality. I recently installed it on my road bike and it fit perfectly. I'm so happy to have replaced my handlebar mount with this one, and I love that it's more aerodynamic and aligned with the handlebars. The installation process was quick and easy - just remove the existing bolts from the bottom or top of the stem, use the included hardware and spacers (yes, you need to use them!), and screw it all into place. And voila, you're good to go!What sets this mount apart for me is that it's made of solid one piece aluminum alloy. I've had multiple mounts fail in the past due to being made of multiple pieces, plastic breaking, screws failing, etc. But with this mount, I have no worries - it's firmly attached to my stem and won't budge. It can even hold heavy bicycle lights without any issues, and everything fits smoothly and works perfectly. In my experience, this is one of the best mounts out there.

This aluminum GPS mount is well built. It weighs only 53 grams with hardware. It was not wide enough for a modern CNC MTB stem, but is more than wide enough for a road bike stem. This is a bit of a trade-off: If it was wide enough for a modern MTB stem it would look ugly on a road stem. There is a GoPro attachment which works for bike lights or an action camera. While this mount is made for Wahoo, it can easily be switched to being Garmin compatible by removing all four screws, turning the insert 90 degrees, and using two new countersunk M3 screws to thread the insert into the GoPro mount. I was able to easily do this. The hardware this mount comes with is A2-70 stainless grade, including the washers. The design appears well engineered and will not interfere with your stem's faceplate. Overall this is a great out front mount and I'm removing one star because I believe they should clarify the range of mounting bolt distances so you can verify prior to ordering.

This is a solid generic design to get your bike computer and or lights out front, and clean up your handle bar. It is made of all aluminum light weight material, other than the plastic locking section. I say generic design since i see a few other sellers with the exact same design just re-branded. This is priced a dollar or two more, so shop around for a "better" deal. Overall, this design is solid and holds my light and computer with no issue. Install is pretty easy with removing two bolts from the stem and reinstalling using the provided bolt and spacer. The one comment I do have about the overall package is possibly including color matched bolts or bolts with a better finish. The two bolts securing the mount to the stem are not aesthetically pleasing but it works.

I have a number of bikes. This wouldn’t fit the stem on my road bike so I wound up using t n my gravel bike which has a Thomson stem and it worked great. I have two devices I stack on these mounts. A light and then a Garmin Edge computer on top of the light. On most plastic mounts that attach to the handlebar you get some rattling because of the weight of two units being attached. This aluminum mount which ataches to the front of the stem is super solid and much more quiet!

The mount fits almost any bike stem that has 4 bolts to clamp the handlebar to it. It can also be taken apart. The part that holds the Wahoo is plastic and is held onto the aluminum mount with 2 screws. The part that looks like you could mount a reflector onto is aluminum that's also held on with 2 different screws. So you could remover either one without removing the other. Te part that both sets of screws screw to inside the round part of the mount is a cross shape. I would like it better if it was solid aluminum so something like a quad lock mount could easily be attached.Over all it works just fine. The computer is in front of your handlebars, not on top of them like most mounts. Chances are you're not going to need to but I like being able to mount a power bank just incase the battery on my phone or computer is low. This mount wasn't designed to do so (but could be).

I wanted to get something that would help me declutter my bicycle handlebars but keep my Wahoo Elemnt head unit out front so I can see the screen. What was nice about this produce is that it fits any Wahoo head unit, but it also has a flange on the bottom that you could mount a light or a camera or any other gadget that would mount to a flange. It was very easy to install and came with 4 bolts, two long to accommodate the spacers and the two short to fit in the normal stem. I installed the mount to the bottom bolts so I could accommodate my Wahoo Elemnt on top and a headlight underneath on the bottom. Now my cockpit it a little bit more streamlined and it saved me some space so my handlebars are not cluttered looking. Works great and I would recommend this product to anyone who has a Wahoo head unit.

keine Innenaufnahme für die Mutter des GoPro-Mounts. Daher etwas umständlicher beim Anziehen und optisch weniger "sauber", aber kein Beinbruch.

I use this mount on my gravel bike to hold my bike computer and a front light which uses the gopro type mounting. It's pretty easy to fit although requires undoing your stem faceplate screws and so far in use has proved to be robust and solid, with no flexing or movement. The angle of the computer depends on the angle of your stem as there's no adjustment, but I found it gave me decent visibility of the computer screen. The unit attached to the go pro mount obviously has a lot more angular adjustment possible. The go pro mount comes with a screw which requires a tool to attach, while this has the advantage of being able to get it really tight so it doesn't move with vibration it makes it less convenient than the ones that have thumb nuts. Due to the fixed position, the mount may not work with a bar bag depending on its design, it sat too low for instance to use with my Straight Cut bagel bag.The computer mount itself is plastic, everything else is metal, but that's fairly standard and helps protect the mounting tabs on the device itself in the event of a crash. It all feels fairly well machined with no rough or sharp edges, and comes with all the necessary bolts.Overall I'm pleased with it and have used it for numerous rides without anything coming loose.
