The inner/outer welded structure and steel construction will keep your bottle jack leak-free and give it an overall stronger build. The fully welded structure is designed for hard-hitting commercial use, making large loads easy to lift. A wide, rugged base adds stability and strength. The lifting range is 9-1/2" to 17-3/4" with a 20 ton (40,000 lb) capacity. It features a high-quality glide-action pressure pump designed to lift with minimal muscle and effort and has an integrated built-in oil-bypass and overload valve that protects the hydraulic system from extending beyond its travel limits. Hydraulics are powered with a high-quality oil, which offers better corrosion resistance and high/low temperature flexibility, allowing the unit to operate at temperatures between 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Piston ram utilizes a Y-style polyurethane sealing ring with backup ring, preventing the load from falling slowly. This powerful bottle jack is ideal for lifting cars, trucks, SUVs, farm vehicles, heavy-duty machinery and industrial equipment. It can also be used for military applications, agricultural and industrial environments where the equipment receives heavier abuse. I wanted a heavy duty jack for my 1 ton pickup. I thought is was more of a stubby jack. It was taller than I expected. But it’s still a powerhouse.

Purchased this jack as a replacement for my press. I dont use it very often but when I need it, it needs to work. Had this jack less than a year (still within warranty) and used it about 5 times. Tried using it the other day and it lost all pressure and was leaking down. It was still under warranty so I contacted the company. They refused to send a replacement and instead wanted me to diagnose the issue so they could send me rebuild parts. I dont have the time to do that nor should I have to when the item is still under warranty. Will never buy a product from this company again. Save your money and buy one from harbor freight. At least they will give you a full replacement during the warranty period.

I had to replace a rotted post under my barn and two of these did a great job on top of cribbing. Lifted whole side of barn 3/4 inch to remove post, reset the foundation granite, and install new post. They worked well, and held the load without bleeding down. Easily dropped down when release valve was turned. Very good value.

I used the Torin Hydraulic Welded Bottle Jack (20 Ton/40,000 lb capacity) to level my 14x32 shed, and I have to say, it worked incredibly well! This jack is a powerhouse. Needing to replace several structural posts on my deck ranging from 32 inches up to 8 foot in height. I spent hours combing through Amazon reviews to find a product that didn't have every 3rd or 4th reviews talking about how the product failed. For the work I was doing, even a slight product failure would not only result in thousands of dollars in damage, but it would also create a dangerous work environment. Luckily, everything i reviewed on Amazon and through other sites kept brining me back to this one product. Since my original purchase of 2 of these. I've used them numerous times, without a single hiccup in their performance.Lift capacity was 20 ton, and I purchased two. Their size is small enough for easy storage but strong enough for the biggest jobs. I especially liked the ability to increase the height by unscrewing and extending the top.

Tried it once without lifting the truck thank goodness. Raise it up and when you let it down it leaks 1/4 tsp of oil each time. Not safe to use for any lifting.
