Was easy enough to install, instructions were not very thorough, just says install seat.. not how to do it, but it was pretty straight forward so easy enough to figure out without instructions. Can’t seem to tighten the handle bars enough so they swivel a bit but doesn’t seem to bother our toddler. Overall very happy with this purchase, we can now take our toddler with us on family bike rides with older siblings.

Cleary a knock off product. Couldn't get it to not move around on my YT Capra. Handlebar mount does not fit a 35mm MTB handlebar. Returned and purchased the Kidsrideshotgun 2.0 combo while on sale. 1000% better product. So much sturdier, locks in great and the bars fit all sizes. Support the USA not china.

This is the same thing I brought both the shotgun seat was $100 more an aside from the foot straps an branding nothing is different wish I could have saved the money

When I ordered this child seat for my cycle, I had high expectations, especially considering the hefty price tag. At first glance, I was impressed. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the design boasts maximum adjustability to suit various cycling setups. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making this a safe and comfortable option for kids.What I Loved:The build quality is excellent—it feels durable and well-made, with premium materials that justify the price to some extent. The adjustments are versatile, allowing for a snug fit regardless of the cycle type. My child is comfortable and secure, and it’s clear that safety was a top priority in the design.What’s Frustrating:The biggest problem—and one that overshadows the product’s strengths—is that the seat keeps sliding backward during use. No matter how tightly I adjust or secure it, this issue persists. It’s frustrating and frankly unacceptable, especially given the high price. For a product in this price range, I expected absolute reliability and flawless functionality.Final Thoughts:This child seat is almost perfect, with great build quality and thoughtful design. However, the backward sliding issue is a significant drawback. For the cost, I expected a seamless experience, and this problem has dampened my overall satisfaction. If the manufacturer addresses this flaw, this would be a near-perfect product.

This was everything I wanted and then some. I got this for my 4yr (36pounds) was worried he would be to big and it would be uncomfortable for me to ride with him there. I was wrong very its comfortable for both of us. Why pay double the price when this product is great 👍.

I was hesitant to buy this because there were no reviews, but I'm so happy I went for it! This is the perfect addition to my bike for my 2 and 3 year olds. They love it and I love it! I had to make some adjustments after putting the kids on because the bar kept bumping into the tire on turns. It was easy enough to figure out how to assemble with the included instructions, although some steps were a little vague. Overall the seat is very sturdy and fun for everyone. 10/10 recommend

I'd been looking for a way to take my 2-1/2 yr old mountain biking, and let me tell you, this is it!This bike seat is fantastic. As long as you have a hardtail and don't have top mounted cables, installation is a breeze. I found that the nuts had to go on a little tighter than I expected, but once on, it stays on. My 2-1/2 yr old weighs approx. 30 lbs, and it's perfect for him. (For reference, my 5 yr old at 40lbs is too big for it. Yes, we tried. It didn't work.) The handlebars also go on easily, and are a MUST. Don't even think about buying one that doesn't have the bars -- you're just asking for your kid to get hurt.Little Johnny can ride with dad for about an hour before he gets tired. Am I as fast as on my own? No. And do I need to take it easy on bumps? Yes. But we can still ride together, and it's still a great workout. I'd like to think it's making him a better rider, too.I can't tell you how many shout-outs I've gotten from fellow riders when they see us out on the trails. Everybody loves it.As far as I can tell, this is the EXACT same product as the Shotgun seat + bars, but for 1/4 of the price ($40 vs $160 for the Shotgun combo pack). GET IT! Hands down our best purchase of 2023!

Quite confusing setup instructions. Eventually I've figured out that it's completely incompatible with my bike because I'm taller (190cm). The foot rests are supposed to reach to the down tube but don't even come close on my bike.Low quality hardware and sloppy engineering, which feels, for a $40 seat, to be unjustified.
