I ordered these 2 lighters from Amazon as a replacement for Bic lighters that always worked because I'm sure they were made in America. These obviously were made in China because they are not working at all. I tried everything under the sun but to no avail.I had a very difficult time to have them returned and was transferred several times until I finally got the right person on the phone to help me with my refund request. It is increasingly difficult to speak to a live person at Amazon.

Sometimes I need 2 hands to turn it on because of my small hands. No more of those lighters that work once in a while or never work at all. These always work all the time. Well worth it.
