BH-Motor New CDI Box has 3.5mm pins and sockets. Polaris uses 4.0mm pins and sockets, therefore unit is not usable as the pins are too loose to make a connection. Measured with digital calipers. Need to use 4.0mm pins and sockets in manufacturing.

Had a 1 Spark / No Spark problem. This was the solution !! Easy to install.Rapidly turning the kill switch or Key on and off would make the ATV spark and sometimes even start.if you are having a similar issue, this is the likely culprit.

does NOT fit a 2000 sportsman 500. The thing wouldn't start and when I brought it to the shop the guy said it didn't have enough wires coming out of it for everything to work. Ended up refunding it. had to get an OEM one

Didn’t work, plus plug fittings don’t fit OEM plug (their too small).Bought this instead (B00MI0JFK6), and it works great, and the plug fittings are same as OEM.

I installed this on a Polaris Sportsman 400 that had no spark. It is very easy plug and play install and now the machine runs great again. This unit is very fair priced and hooks right in to the machine.
