Wonderful! 1/2 price$ of local Spa store, even with shipping fee included.Great communication from order to delivery at my doorstep. Takes a while to make/ship but reasonable wait time. well made, fits great. Detail measure choices, so actually measure/ observe your tub. Location Tie down straps didn’t align with MY model, but not crucial. Delivery is not Amazon, but shipping truck. THEY actually call you just to set up delivery on-site.This model was EXACtLY like the other I bought from Spa Store,-but much cheaper.

Just received my spa cover and it's made exactly to the specs I provided. It's designed differently than the original as the middle section is gradually raised so that the rain will just slide off, rather than allowing water to pool up and create a puddle on top. Very nice quality and includes the quick-release straps on the front and back to hold down the cover to stop winds from lifting it off and to prevent children from going in accidentally. It took awhile to get, but what do you expect when they are all custom made to fit and shipped all the way across the country. I really couldn't be happier!

Great quality construction! Wonderfully made lightweight and fit perfectly with exact measurements I sent in. Paid extra for expeditious delivery and was actually early. Definitely recommend upgrading double wrap etc. We are very happy with our purchase. Will update if any changes.

We received our cover in expedited time, we did pay the extra charge. We measured just the way they said and it fits like a glove! Its everything and more that they say. I couldn't have asked for a better piece at a reasonable price! We could have got the same product at the hot tub store near our home and paid 2x the price! Definitely recommend!!

My new Hot tub cover, due on January 5th, was delivered on December 19th by R+L Carriers.The driver was great! He carried it to the hot tub and unboxed it to check for damages.The cover is well made and fits like a glove. The light blue is really pretty. And it was more than 2 weeks early. Perfect because the temps are supposed to dip into the 30's tonight. I'm really looking forward to getting in tonight. I haven't been able to use my hot tub since Milton came through.
