This little tank is perfect for my African dwarf frogs! I'm sure they are very happy after a short period of adjustment. My only complaint is that the cord for the filter is *really* short and I will need an extension cord to reach the plug right behind the shelf where they are going. The plug for the light is much longer and is a USB so it needs a block. That's kind of weird, but it's a nice tank otherwise! Quality glass and the size is perfect. I definitely recommend it!

This is a perfect tank for beginners. The set up is easy and it's big enough for one betta and a snail or two. The LED light IS on a timer - so you can set it for 3/9/12 hours. The filter does have different levels of strength (my button for it was a bit sticky, but I got it to work without breaking it) and the highest level does toss my betta around if she gets too close - but it doesn't really seem to bother her or my snails. I don't think it's a fantastic filter, but the specs are provided, so it can probably be replaced with something better down the line. Highly recommend!

Je suis novice en ce domaine, cet aquarium est mon second, le premier était fait de plastique. Celui-ci est claire et a un très beau look. Moderne et pratique avec son filtre et ses lumières. A nous de décider le temps et quel niveau de clarté ainsi que la couleur des lumières. Pour le moment je ne regrette aucunement mon achat!

I gave this one two stars because the tank looks beautiful when it's clean and new. Unfortunately, the filter doesn't keep up well at all, and I have to clean it weekly with just one beta fish in the tank.When cleaning the tank, the glass at the corners chips way too easily.

This is the best beginner tank I found. Pump and filter are adjustable and strong enough to keep water clear. Very easy to remove, clean, and replace filter. Lighting settings are nice to adjust lower toward the evening and when you click back on in the morning it stays on the setting it ended so fishies are not startled in the morning. Very good for the money spent.

The pump in the filter is too strong. Sucked three fish in and killed them. Wasn’t sure that’s what was happening with the first two as the first was freed by the other fish in the tank, and the second was lodged behind the filter at the back of the tank so I couldn’t see if it was stuck significantly. These were both Cory catfish that I had recently added to the tank so I attributed their deaths to that. However, last night my betta was pulled in and this morning when I found her the pump had managed to pull so hard on her body that she had visible marks on her body from the pattern on the intake of the filter.I believe the filter is adjustable, but the instructions sheet is unclear and difficult to read. Either way, a pump should NEVER be so strong as to be able to pull in a fish and cause the damage I saw.

I Like that its made out of glass. I like the glass as I find plastics scratch. Much easier to keep clean. Perfect size for Bettas or neons and guppies. Fits well on a counter without taking up much room. Mine sits nicely beside my computer. The filter is very quiet as well. My Betta seems happy.

This is a great starter for a child. 2.5 gallon is perfect. The con is the filter. It seemed promising with a switch that control the speed of the filter. Low worked best for this small tank. The tank was dirty even after running it for 24 hours so I eventually ended up not using it at all.

This is a great little tank. I love that it’s all glass and it has a clean design. I wanted something g to upgrade from my current 2 gallon tank for my kitchen counter and this was perfect. Super easy setup and I like that the filter and aerator is all in one. I only had to add my little heater and there was already a cutout in the hood in the back for the cord.Only dinging one star because the hood doesn’t have a hinged lid. There’s a hole for feeding but if you need to access the tank for any reason you have to take the whole hood off. Not the biggest deal but sort of a pain.
