I received this canopy in a box, and as I set it up, I saw 2 bars were broken and were unusable. I continued setting it up, but that side drooped, I tried taping the bars together to help steady the unit, but it did no good. So I thought "OK", I will have to accept it will droop on that side. We had rain after the day of setting up, which happens a lot here. The pictures attached will show just how strong this canopy was. After the rain, it was destroyed. I have bought these countless times, and know how to set them up. This one just failed on every level. I will go back to buying my Ozark Canopies, they are the same price or cheaper and provide a good sturdy canopy. After talking with customer service, they want me to send the old one back, and send me a new one. Has anyone ever tried to put a broken canopy back in a box for shipping? Its like trying to stuff a german shepherd into an extra small harness. It isn't going to work. They won't give me a refund. It is low quality,, steer clear if you want something that actually holds up!! Not impressed.

I bought the teal color for an event. The other vendors told us how to open it and put the fabric on. It was so easy! Pull the metal out of the bag placing it where you want it to start, pull it out almost halfway and put the tent on by laying out the fabric and insert the hook into the bottom hole in the rail all around, then one leg at a time pull the legs up until it clicks and expand the rest of the way. Then secure the sides of the top with the velcro. It was nice and smooth! The first day of the event it was cold and rainy, there were no leaks, however the wind blew some rain under the tent so you'll want to buy clear tarps with grommets and secure that to at least 3 sides unless you have one that has a door opening in which case you'll want all 4 sides. We also bought the optional weighs for the legs which we used. All in all, this was very sturdy, the roof was smooth, it did not blow away, and I would buy it again! This event was at the Wyndridge Farms Winery Spring Fest 2024 in Dallastown, PA. A++++++

I would give this 5 stars except for one thing that we didn't know about until the day of our event because we had not opened the canopy yet. The legs have the little metal buds that pop into place when you adjust the height. One one of the legs that metal bud was broken. As we were at a craft show and in the midst of set up I had to get creative. I used one of the included stakes to keep the leg from sliding back down. Other than that it's well built and worked great. No we haven't contacted the seller yet mainly due to it being such a huge box and package.

IWe have been looking and reading reviews on these for awhile. We decided to purchase this black one with the canvas that comes down the legs which is a nice touch. Also protects the painted metal legs. While putting it up one of the push buttons that you push in with your thumb to slide the legs up and down broke and fell down into the leg. We proceeded to put it up and used one of the anchor stakes and jammed it in the hole. Worked like a charm. I initially left a 3 star review. Indicating the canopy itself was great. Strong canvas. Looked really nice and easy to put up. But because of the broken piece I could not leave any higher. To return I would have had to drive over an hr each way to a UPS Store to return it. I messaged Best Choice and explained the problem. They took care of me right away. It is companies like this that will last a very long time. I will definitely look at all your products before searching others. Yes, just because of the way I was treated and taken care of. You deserve 5 stars and above as far as I am concerned. Thanks again.

We purchased 25 (yep, 25) of these 10x10 tents for a school festival. In terms of value? Five stars. It cost us less to buy these (including weights that cost $40 for a set of 4) than it cost to rent 10x10 tents one time. We thought if these made it 2 years we are WAY ahead.Set up? The poles are a bit thin, although not much thinner than ones we usually rent... You MUST have two people setting up, diagonal from each other works best. Four people makes the set up VERY fast and does not damage the tent at all. We actually tested the set up on a couple of tents (twice) and wrote instructions since volunteers would be setting up and tearing down. I'm happy to say all 25 survived just fine. I do think if you yank on the tents and try to use force, rather than stepping back to see why the tent won't go up (or down) properly you absolutely will bend the poles. We were careful and had no problems.Color? Hmm, for you particular brides- these really are a silver-ish white. The underneath side is straight up silver, the outside is a silver-ish white. In the end for $65 we didn't care. And I'm happy to report no one said "Hey look at those silver tents!" I guess in the sunlight they look white enough.Durability? Very good. We set up the night before but did not raise the tents. At 8am or so the next morning we started raising them to their full height. All 25 lasted just fine. The weather was breezy but no rain.Looks? I think they look very nice but I almost gave this tent 4 stars because in order to pull down the flaps at the corners that conceal the poles you have to use a stake and the "rope" they provide. Our tents were set up on asphalt using weights. The corner flaps are not long enough to attach to anything. If they were just maybe an inch or two longer you could hook the flap into a hole on the pole. But they were too short and we didn't have time to mess with 100 flaps. :-( Thought I would mention that for brides...Overall, great product for the price. Just be careful on the set up/tear down.
