Very easy to build but need 2 people at least to assemble. If you can do it with 3 people even better. Instructions are easy to follow and everything comes packaged in 3 heavy boxes but is carefully packaged and no damage occurred, the seller is great! I had a curtain (the screen one) that had a 2 Inch rip in it and the seller quickly respond and is shipping me a replacement one! make sure you have solid ground to put it on a concrete sub preferably as you can see in my pictures I had to get pavers from Home Depot, but if you do it this way you have to level out the ground before and make sure you put weed barrier under the paper like I did. All in all I'm really happy with this purchase. I'm usually skeptical when I spend so much money on one item but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. It completely transformed my yard.

Went together pretty ok over an extended period (time restrictions each day) for me and my 14 year old. Instructions could be a LITTLE clearer in some spots, but altogether ok. Survived a very windy Michigan fall so far and is in the midst of a harsh Michigan winter with no problems.

So far, the unit is going up well. My wife has helped with placing the roof supports, but for the most part, I've been assembling on my own.My main recommendation would be to not tighten supports and posts too soon. I had to back out some of the screws to allow a little play until you get the roof supports on. It makes sense to look about 4 pages ahead with the manual since the directions don't specify not to over tighten. It costs me about an hour, but back on track. I have about 8 hours of assembly time invested and will be placing roof panels next. The unit seems to be well engineered and when the roof supports are placed, the unit snugs up well.I'm going to attach to concrete supports. The only suggestion I would make is for a designated channel to be placed for pulling wire for powering lights and a fan. We'll probably attach conduit and paint it to match. So far, we're pleased. Again, don't over tighten screws. I had to extract about 4 bolts that I stripped, but it looks like they supplied extra bolts. This unit was rated for over a 70 mile per hour wind, so with mounting the posts on concrete, it seems to be sturdy enough. All the parts were accounted for and the boxes arrived in good condition. So far, so good.

I was a little apprehensive about this as it seemed to have a lot of parts, and some reviewers complained about difficulty of assembly. It went like a breeze! All a person needs to do is read and follow the directions - step by step. Also, an extra pair of hands. My son and I did just fine. It would be challenging for one person to attempt. The results are wonderful!

Not the easiest thing to put together. Definitely will have to loosen some previous bolts to get some things to line up as you go. The roof panels are a huge pain. It may cause a divorce if you put it together with your spouse lol. Once it's done it's really nice and good quality. Just anticipate needing some patience. Directions could use some words to clarify picture instructions. The clips on the roof panels are ridiculous.

Don’t waste your money. It drips and leaks. It’s supposed to drain down the legs but it doesn’t. The gutters get full of water and doesn’to drain. UPDATE: I gave a one star review and the seller reached out to me to offer a full refund which I was delighted about. However, they reached out an 2nd time and would only offer the refund if I gave me only if I gave them my personal information which is against Amazon’s policy. When I reported this to Amazon, they did nothing about it. This has been a horrible customer experience.

Great gazebo that is well engineered and pretty straight forward to assemble. A lot can be done solo but a helping hand would be great. I like the look and build. The roof was only about 6'3" (which they all are) and was too low. So I poured some concrete pillars about 12" that I anchored it to which was a good choice. It does get warm under the steel roof, but the vented roof helps. Any steel roof will do that.I was missing a part and customer service was great and rushed me the part i needed. I am so impressed.

I bought the 12x20 gazebo. The packaging was great, all the pieces were there and all the boxes were reinforced at the edges. I did not have any bent parts which was a complaint of reviews for other manufactures. Be careful when assembling and do not tighten screws in a section until that section is complete. This is most important on the roof panels , You need a little play to move them around to get the holes lined up if you tighten them down as you go you will have great difficulty getting the last ones in. I put this up with my wife helps only and I am 79 . It took about a week and worked about 5 hours a day. The bottom frame I did by assembling the 20 ft sections first I propped one against the house and the placed the other 10 ft away and strapped it to chairs to hold it steady. I then took the 10 ft section and placed it on the ladder about the correct height. She then held one end steady while I fastened the other. The hardest part was the roof support . I attached the 2 horizontal armss and then 2 diagonal arms like the video and then put one side over the frame then put the ladder in the middle and lifted the frame up (you need at least an 8 ft ladder for this. She then fastened the arms to the main bottom frame. (This part would be easier with 3 people) The rest of the arms were then easy to attach.. The instructions could have been more detailed and larger seeing how some of the corner pieces attached was difficult I went back and forth from the video and instructions that came with it.i had some difficulty seeing how some of the corners came together . The instructions that came with it are all pictures. I bolted mine to the cement patio . It is sturdy. Take your time putting it up. It has been completed for over a month now.
