I was in need of a cordless hammer drill for a specific chore away from power. The price was right and I am truly impressed with the performance.

This was a life saver drilled through rock and concrete like nothing. Very great build quality.

Someone posted short battery life but that is not generally the case as the battery last as well as you would expect it to for the horsepower it is putting out. For a hundred dollars ? Can't beat it with a except with maybe the dewalt (was not on this sale for 129.00 when I bought this one) on a sale but normally 189.00. Of course if you have other dewalt tools they all use the same battery for the most part in these hand held electric power units so. Regardless if not, this is as good a drill as the dewalt at the normal price and way better deal than the MILWAUKEE at 200 bucks.

I have a good corded rotary hammer drill, but was working on an old red brick wall nowhere near an outlet, and too far (a couple hundred feet) for an extension cord. I don't have a portable generator, and have little need for one, so I had to get a cordless one for this one job. I had eight holes to drill in the brick, all 1 inch in diameter. This drill managed to do it in one charge, but just barely. It wore the battery down to one bar and barely finished the last hole. I'll admit that hundred year old, southern sun baked, red bricks can be very tough to drill through, but this managed to do it.It's noticeably weaker than my corded Makita, but I just didn't need it after this project. Thats why I went with this no name for cheap, as I already have 18v makita batteries that work with it.The only real complaint I have is the smell. It really smells like heavily burnt plastic. That's as soon as you unbox it. Something really doesn't seem right because of the smell, but it did it's job without fail. So I have to give it five stars. On a side note, I didn't use the included bits. I used a carbide and diamond masonry hole saw. So I can't comment on the included bits quality.Oh, and there is no shock absorption in the handle (wouldn't expect it at this price), and you can REALLY feel it. Gets a bit painful after 20 minutes.

I purchased this tool because I'm replacing my main water line. I have a very hard compacted dirt that was impossible to dig with a shovel. I figured I would try this tool to see if it would help , and I'm very pleased with it. Very durable with power, good battery life. I've used it 3 hours and the battery is still up, no recharge yet. I purchased a separate 3 in chisel bit , which made it even better. I give this tool a 5 stars, totally deserved. Also the price is very reasonable.

Will ship it to the other country, hope it has no damage coz it will take months for my dad to receive it. Its way cheaper than some famour brands but I think it will do the same job well.
