The directions were easy to follow, but I still had the first attempt start peeling off after a day. It was probably user error because the second time I tried, it has been good so far.It doesn't feel like paper (obviously), but I like how the sound and feel is close enough. Even with the regular iPad pencil tip it does help writing on an iPad better.Hopefully in the future, they can find a way to make the screen protector magnetic and be able to take off whenever writing isn't wanted. That way when scrolling and swiping it is t the rough screen.

I love how nice it makes the Apple Pencil feel, it fits nicely on my iPad Air (with the M2 chip), and applying the protector is a bit difficult but only because it’s a bigger screen. The main issue with this product is the Apple Pencil tip being worn down. Keep this in mind if you decide to buy any screen protector with matte finishes

The Bersem Paperfeel Screen Protector is a must-have accessory for iPad Pro users, particularly those who use their devices for drawing, note-taking, or other stylus-based activities. Here's a detailed review:InstallationThe Bersem screen protector comes with a comprehensive installation kit, including cleaning wipes, dust removal stickers, and a guide frame. The alignment frame makes application straightforward, ensuring a bubble-free and precise fit. While it requires some patience, the clear instructions help minimize errors.Texture and Writing ExperienceThe standout feature of the Bersem Paperfeel protector is its textured surface, which replicates the sensation of writing on paper. It provides just the right amount of resistance for the Apple Pencil, making it ideal for digital artists and students. The matte finish also helps reduce glare, making it easier to work in bright environments.Screen ProtectionThe protector is thin but durable, offering effective protection against scratches and minor scuffs. It doesn’t compromise screen responsiveness, and the Apple Pencil functions flawlessly with it. However, it doesn’t provide impact protection like tempered glass, so pairing it with a sturdy case is recommended.Visual QualityWhile the matte finish reduces glare, it slightly diminishes the screen’s brightness and sharpness. This tradeoff is minor and acceptable, considering the improved writing experience and anti-glare benefits.Durability and MaintenanceThe pack includes two screen protectors, giving you a backup if the first one wears out over time. The textured surface can show wear with heavy use, but it typically lasts several months before needing replacement. Fingerprints and smudges are minimal compared to standard screen protectors, and it’s easy to clean.ProsExcellent paper-like texture for Apple Pencil useMatte finish reduces glare and smudgesEasy installation with the included guide frameTwo protectors in one pack for extended useCompatible with Face ID and responsive touchConsSlight reduction in screen clarity and brightnessNot as protective as tempered glass against impactsSurface texture may wear over time with heavy useVerdictThe Bersem 2 Pack Paperfeel Screen Protector is an outstanding choice for iPad Pro users who prioritize an authentic writing or drawing experience. While it slightly impacts screen clarity, the enhanced stylus control and glare reduction make it a worthwhile investment. Artists, note-takers, and anyone who values precision will find this protector indispensable.

Cuts the worst of the glare, and fits the iPad just fine. Exactly what we were looking for.

I bought this product after roughly a year of using the PaperLike brand screen protector, and let say, I wish I had saved the extra $25 when I was looking for a paper textured protector last time. They feel, in my opinion, almost the same. The application this one was much easier and to the point than the Paperlike product. Something I also personally noticed is that anytime I used a case that had a bevelled edge over the screen, the Paperlike protector would always come off from the edges, where as this one does not have any problems with cases (as far as I can tell). When it comes to writing, it feels that it has more grit than the Paperlike protector. This one has more of a feel akin to sketchbook paper, where as the Paperlike one has more of a printer paper feel, if that makes any sense. I’m both an artist and in nursing school, so overall I feel that this protector was the better of the two, I might even go as far to say that it slays. The ONLY con is that it DOES wear that down the tip of the Apple Pencil, which the Paperlike protector never did to me. The nibs ARE replaceable, but it’s still a few extra dollars that need to be spent to use this product. That being said, the $25 you save from ordering this one leaves you that money to buy nibs for like $8-$9, making the holistic price still lower than the Paperlike. I am yet again obligated to say that this is pretty slay.TLDR: buy this one, not the Paperlike, and buy some Apple Pencil replacement nibs, but still save money. Slay.

It feels right and the texture is perfect , yes it distorted the quality of the screen a little bit just like other matte skin protectors. With a metal pencil tip you can save a lot of money because matte skin protectors will eat your Apple Pencil tip very quickly. Overall the product is quite good and impressive in terms of price as you are getting two of them in just 1000.

This has been the easiest, best thought through application for a screen protector I’ve ever installed.I’ve installed a lot of screen protectors in my life - on phones, game console screens, tablets - and each time I approach it prepared - cleaner, fresh cloth, air canister (blow particulates out of the air and off the screen right before application, a credit card (as a squeegee), and a BIG dollop of patience.Right out of the box (ok, envelop) I had hopes this time it might be less painful. And it was! They provide everything needed to make the installation easy and perfect, including an instruction video. So 5 stars for install! As for the screen, it’s great so far. Reduces the glare so it’s easier to see, especially in bright light. The slight texture/friction makes writing in my iPad soooo much better. Only thoughts are if the screen protector holds up over time or gets smooth in frequent writing spots and if it wears down the pencil tip. And if it does? Well this is SO much cheaper than the alternative I was considering (The reMarkable2 for $600!) so that’s a lot of screen protectors and pencil tips I can buy for that and now I don’t have to have 2 devices.Very happy and highly recommend if your looking to turn your tablet into a better writing (and easier reading) experience

This package with 2 included screen protectors worked out to be much cheaper than another ‘brand name’ product that’s promoted heavily on social media. It includes everything needed to accurately pre-position the protector before application (including squeegee), and the linked installation video is definitely worth watching beforehand. I recommend using an air puffer in conjunction with the included wipes and dust stickies. It doesn’t feel exactly like writing on paper, but provides a definite tactile improvement over the hard tap-tap sensation of using the bare screen glass. A very fine granularity is added to the image quality, but it’s not distracting - and I consider it an overall improvement as it resists smudging and fingerprints much better than the bare screen. There's a little reduction in contrast (blacks not as deep), but that's expected from a matte finish.
