It just doesn't adhere for any length of time. I applied it to a few books in repair and preventative repair. Initially went on just great and looks good enough too. Was very thorough with my applications to ensure best adhesion.Within 5 minutes it began lifting and separating from my books. I tried everything, it just doesn't stick.Just get a different book tape or even hockey tape.

Keeps coming off! I even took a blow dryer to it. Won’t stay on the book.

I love this tape. Work well for what it’s for. Might get more in the future. Tried many other tapes before, but most of them either too sticky, it’s all over your fingers, or it buckled from the book cover after awhile. Also like that this tape is black. Most book binding tape I used before are only come in white.
