It took me a while to get this attached to my grinder. There is a circular flange spot welded to the unit itself in three places that uses a bolt to tighten it down. I had to disconnect the bolt completely and stretch out the flange to get it to fit, but then I couldn't get the bolt to attach again. I took quite a bit of tweaking before I could get it attached.Once attached, it was easy enough to get the belt on and try it out. I will say that this device is better suited to a barrel style grinder than one with a trigger. In my case, the trigger is on the same side as the arbor, so when this device is attached, I have to hold it sideways to use it which makes it awkward to manipulate.Once I finally got it working, it does it's job well. I used it to clean off some rust on an old steel tube and it made short work of it. In all, it's nice for what it does, but some of the craftsmanship leave me a bit worried.
