Another expensive toy. Could be a good Christmas present for someone who is into electronic music.

It works fine, and for the price it’s okay. It is somewhat limited as to what you can get out of it. Adding a midi keyboard helps a little. Fun, but don’t expect too much.

Excellent price and Behringer have really nailed it. There were a few issues with midi sync but I didn't update the firmware. It does one thing incredibly well, it also does it with added distortion. Unfortunetly because it's so limited it'll hardly get used in my setup. Unless you want to play endless acid riffs on every track, it's a bit of a one trick pony. For live fun tweaking it's great but you gotta program the thing first! For studio use there are plenty of other options that'll give you aTB303 sound plus much more. I love what Behringer are doing in the synth world but I'm not a fan of this one for me personally. Great price and a real bargain if it's your thing.

This is an accurate reproduction of the Roland unit, and adds distortion effects & modern connectivity. It is a lot of fun to write patterns and create/tweak sounds. The distortion section notably increases the number of different sound textures you can achieve. The unit is a little tricky to program, but this is due to the original legacy design. PROs: Pretty solid build, available in colors, USB MIDI, Low Cost. CONs: Slide switches feel flimsy, very limited user guide. WHAT THEY SHOULD ADD: Battery power, built-in speaker, reverb, more pattern steps/slots, 2-digit readout, sequencer guidebook.

This is a cheap piece of crap that is meant for noodling around with just like the original. Don't waste your money on any other clone or an original. It makes one sound and does it well at a price point that reflects the internal build cost.

It is decent. All plastic (kind of shocked at how plastic it is) but it is cheap -but still SO PLASTIC! Lol. It makes me wish I wouldn’t have sold all my original analog equipment so cheap in the 90’s but I can’t whine over it now. Gear comes and goes. I am kind of shocked that the clear coloured versions of these are getting top dollar -I saw the purple one for $287 -LMAO! Why? Is there suddenly a Behringer collector’s club? I got a green one and before I paid $109 (plus tax) I saw the green one for $189. Uh-NO WAY. For that price you can get the MOOG Werkstatt with the cv expander ($199 out the door and I paid a $120 higher for mine). So do your price and feature comparisons. I don’t hate Behringer-I hate some of their clone techniques and IP issues, but they do allow beginners, people who don’t want to blow a lot of money, people who don’t have a ton of money, and people who actually have need for certain goods to get them cheaply. g I had the bcr-2000- one of the best midi knob controllers but they are remaking it of course..So after my long winded, old DJ/synth lady semi review I can say - if this is under $120 (shipped and with tax) grab it. You will use it but if it is your first ‘gear’ purchase I would get something else. The Behringer Crave is great as well as the Korg Volca series if you are just starting. This is just for bass and we all know it is the Roland clone. So If you don’t already have a drum machine, synth, daw, vsts, or a even iOS apps- I would wait.It is cute and make some fun noise but is is IMO just a little addition to the studio to make a bit more noise.

303 clone. The sound of acid. Cheap as chips I now have several in different colors (red ones sound faster). If you want a noodle around device to to make acid techno, this will get you there. The sequencer is frustratingly dumb but not so bad once you get used to it. I just use an external .
