This is the second one of these we run... we got this second one so we can haul it to venues that have an X32 PA but no P16s like a small venue we play at regularly. The best thing about these is that it powers the P16 units over ethernet, so you don't need a power adapter for each one. You do have to run ethernet from each P16 to the Distribution Module though, you cannot daisy chain from one P16 to another... because that does not provide power to the second unit.

I originally skipped this purchase when I bought my X32 Compact because it just felt unjustifiably too expensive. I just daisy chained the P16 and plugged them into power individually. This created a bit of a cable spaghetti nightmare and i eventually broke down and bought the distribution module. I still think it is an overpay but I love eliminating the power cords and not having to daisy chain the p16s. So, I try not to think about the price. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Absolutely love Behringer's in-ear solution. WAY cheaper than the competition and honestly it works just as well. I have had no problems.

Works well as advertised. Ethernet powers the P16 mixer without the A/C adapter.

These are great and the price is very reasonable. Good quality construction. If you need to distribute headphone mixes in an X32 universe this is very cool. I have two, one on each side of the studio so we can locate the headphone mixers close to the musicians without wire all over the place. Love the X32 system.

Good for cutting down on the number of cables that would otherwise be required. I really like the power over LAN feature.

Arrived on time and in great condition. I'm running six p16-Ms on stage nd this makes for a clean installation voiding the need to use the power supplies that come with the P16-M. I recommend this gear designed for this purpose.Comments regarding using the P16-M on stage: In my experience these units work great as "in ear" monitors.. Simply because having multiple units on stage controlling audio to floor monitors may cause havoc for the sound man trying to figure out which unit was adjusted so loud that it causes feedback. As you know when the monitors are controlled by the soundman, he will know which slider to drop should there be feedback. However, if the soundman is using 2 or more monitor systems and they both include microphone signals than he will not readily know which system is causing the feedback. It is the same issue when you have multiple P16-M on stage controlling audio to floor monitors.I did figure out a way to first route each P16-M through a master fader on my X32 which gave me the master kill switch for feedback but still... that changes the level of audio to the musicians and vocalists and makes for very hectic management of the monitors. Instead, use a single P16-M for simplicity or try.. multiples but not before some training of the man at the controls.https://www.facebook.com/groups/Billyghawaii/
