Had issues with drift, pops and clicks with my aggregate device. Saw the price point on this little gem and decided it was worth giving it a try! Cabled everything up and could see where devices needed terminated, and placed the 75ohm terminations in place, fired up my DAW. Bingo! No tracks drifting, no pops, clicks or digital distortion. Way more clarity and resolution. I am really pleased with this acquisition! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to time their devices affordably.

The BNC connectors do not register as connected from my word clock interface terminals. I don’t know if it maybe the cables, but even the spiff outlets did not give a green light showing connection. If I tinker or wiggle it then sometimes the green light come on, but then it goes out again. Art products are good and built well but this one for some reason just doesn’t live up to its potential. I don’t know if shelling out more money would’ve made a difference in another unit, but is just sinc’ng devices. It’s not rocket science. A usb outlet for sinking usb devices would be a good add on, but I don’t know if such a thing is possible. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

OMG FINALLY!!! I have been fighting with my M-Audio Profire 2626 and two PreSonus Digimax D8's for WEEKS trying to get them to sync. Apparently the profire has to low of a wordclock voltage output(I measured it at 1.7v) than the Digimax's require(I read somewhere it is 2.5v). This thing puts out 5.1 volts as I measure it, and everything sync'd INSTANTLY, and I have now recorded from all 3 interfaces with ZERO cracking, popping, or syncing issues. This thing is worth its weight in GOLD to me!

I bought this to replace an old HOSA that stopped working. About the same price but much better design and I learned something about coax termination. I'm very happy with it.

this thing is simple and does what it does without any drama. wish that were more common. you can spend WAY more money for a wordclock gen, but this will do the job for 99 percent of the people who need it.highly recommend...

Noticed an immediate improvement in the clarity/hi/lows in my home studio as opposed to the standard clock from my digi002 Rack. Realize that this thing won't compete with Apogee or other hi end audio people. Bottom line this gets the job done for people who don't want to shell out $5000 for a word clock so they can do overdubs on already tight tracks.
