Worked very well on a 1999 Honda Civic LX. There are others out there that don't seal correctly, this grommet worked perfectly for a 6th gen civic.

It worked as it was supposed to and I have no reason to complain. On my '98 Civic DX installation was a bit difficult due to the location being just above the oil filter, so I'd suggest changing this when you're changing your oil and the filter is already off. Make sure to have a few pairs of long needle nose pliers, too.
