I bought this because it is metal, which I like, and they do a great job, but one word of warning. the brackets are rounded and will not fit square railings. I use mine on my plant stand, but it does not fit the railings of my covered porch.

These are so nice, good price, easy to assemble. The only issue I had was kinda my fault. I was so excited to order, that I did not realize that my railing is too wide for the brackets . Do like I said, my fault, the item is great. Trying to figure a way to still use these, they are too pretty to send back, lol. Highly recommended.

This seems like a sturdy item and might be nice for very small flowers, however, it states it would fit railings and fences but the hooks (which just slip in and the hooks slid off a few times on me while trying to set it up) are way too small/narrow to fit even a normal 2x4. I had to hook them on my skinny raised garden bed but they tilt down a lot. I am keeping the item because I have no other option for my plants at this time but wish the hooks actually fit normal railings or fences!

I was surprised at how sturdy / high quality these felt. They were easy to put together (just sliding the handles into their brackets) and there’s plenty of drainage holes on the bottom.The handles didn’t quite fit my railing, but that’s on me, and it seems stable enough despite not fitting right.
