These seem to do the job. Havenโt had them long but the grip seems good. Only change I would recommend to the manufacturer is a โthin strapโ around the wrist. Maybe Velcro.

I specifically bought these gloves for cold weather weightlifting in my unheated garage. Other reviews have remarked that they worked for such a purpose. This is only half-true. The palms are well insulated and I'm happy with that, but the backs are not insulated AT ALL. The fabric feels like a very thin stretchy polyester, which as you may guess offers basically zero insulation.Speaking of which, that fabric sticks like hell to any velcro you may be dealing with, such as what's on my weightlifting belt. I anticipate these gloves stretching out and ripping from that eventually. That also leads me to the fact that the gloves have zero ability to adjust them aside from the natural stretchiness of the fabric. What this led to was feeling too loose on half of my hand (thumb, wrist, and palm) while too tight on the other half (remaining 4 fingers). I am a large 6'3 guy that wears XL clothes so I bought the XL gloves. They would have been acceptably sized, if a tiny bit too short, if I could just strap down the back of the wristsAcceptable for $20 but needs work.

Really enjoying these gloves and the nice quality of leather on the palm side. The touch points on the pointer fingers and thumbs work surprisingly well on my phone and apple watch. I ordered the small size according to the table, and the palms fit perfectly. The pointer finger length was a little small for me (I just have long pointer fingers), so I used my clothing steamer to briefly heat it up and gently stretched the finger of the glove. Now it fits perfectly!

I use these for weightlifting in order to prevent large calluses from forming on my hands. They seem to work well for this purpose. They are grippy and comfortable. I like these because they do not have a wrist strap or velcro, they fit snuggly on my hands without being too bulky or having excess fabric. They have held up well to several months of lifting without any sign of deterioration. I don't notice any excess heat from wearing these for lifting. These replaced a pair of Nike gloves that I liked, but the Nike's fell apart after several years and are now discontinued. These function better than the Nike's, but are not as stylish, which I can live with.

6 months ago I hit my breaking point, after struggling with my weight my whole life I decided to enact drastic and lasting changes. So far Iโm down 70 pounds and in every conceivable way my life is the best itโs ever been. These gloves have proven to be the best $20 Iโve ever spent. I started lifting weights and quickly got blisters all over my hands so I got a cheap pair of fingerless weight lifting gloves and the blisters moved to just my finger tips,so 3 weeks in I bought these and the blisters and callouses have ceased to be. These things are the Nokia phone of gloves, because 7 days a week I do 4 sets of 25 tricep presses at 260 pounds,4 sets of bicep curls at 170,4 sets of shoulder presses at 100,4 sets of chest fly at 260,4 sets of chest presses at 200. Some days I do 2 sets to not overwork myself but mostly I go full bore every day and these have yet to show a single failure point. I toss them in with my laundry on Sunday and then itโs back to work Monday morning. Only thing is the screen printed bg logos on the fingers came off, which in no way affect the purpose or use so who cares. I highly recommend getting a pair of these if youโre starting a weight loss journey because weight training has proven for me at least to be the key to results. If these ever wear out Iโll gladly buy another pair.***one year update, thereโs been no rips or tears or blemishes aside the screen printed bear grips logos coming off. I use these 5-6 days a week 1-3 hours at a time and theyโve held up great. The palm protective padding is pretty much worn out by this point though, and it doesnโt seem they stock the full finger in an xxl anymore which is a huge bummer. If they come back in stock Iโll grab a pair but for now I guess I have to look elsewhere.

I live in Massachusetts and I work out in my garage throughout the winter time. Last winter I didn't have these gloves and I almost popped my lungs like a balloon when I dropped 315 on my chest because my hands were numb from the cold. I have these gloves now and I've used them several times and they are perfect, not too hot but keep your hands warm when they need it and the little bit of grip really helps. Great gloves!
