Absolutely love this! Our old vegetable steamer broke so I looked for a replacement. Although this is pink & didn’t offer another color, I liked what I read. This hasn’t disappointed. Easy to clean, fast cooking & just all around great value for the price !! Highly recommend!

I am not even close to joking when I say we use this every week. It has been one of the best things I got when Prime Day was happening. The family talks about how we wanted to steam buns or dumplings, but the cleanup of the bamboo steamer we had was always a bit harder than we wanted, and sometimes, the pan we used to use the bamboo steamer just cooked them unevenly. This has been an absolute godsend because of that.It cooks on two different levels and cooks a lot at a time. On top of that, it's super easy to clean. You just need to make sure you read the directions. I saw a couple of reviews about this breaking super fast, and I can say that ours has not after having this since Prime Day til now and using it weekly, if not twice weekly. I can't guarantee this is the reason; however, I will say you have to follow the directions to take care of it and clean it. Like most cooking electric devices, you don't put them fully in the sink. (The bottom holds water but cannot go in the sink as it's the cooking area.) As it is electric, you have to use the right care methods, such as soap and water on towels and the like. So if you plan on getting this, just keep that in mind.

Rarely write reviews, but this product flashed errors after only 2 months of use and stopped working completely. Don’t waste your time or money with this one.

Open item and realized quality is thin and cheap. Return from post office and paid $25.01 for shipping back? The whole reason of shopping at amazon is return free! What kind of seller that amazon allows these days! If i don’t get refund this shipping fee, i would never shop at amazon anymore!

I recently purchased this electric food steamer, and it has been a delightful addition to my kitchen. Primarily, I use it to prepare delicious baozi and mantou, and it performs exceptionally well. The size is just perfect for a family of four, ensuring that everyone gets their share of these steamed treats.One of the standout features of this steamer is its versatility. I experimented with cooking soy chicken in it, and the results were fantastic. The steamer maintained the right level of moisture and heat, resulting in perfectly cooked, flavorful chicken.However, it's worth noting that this steamer might not be the best choice for cooking rice. I found that rice requires extra time for soaking before steaming, which can be a bit inconvenient. If rice is a staple in your diet, you might want to stick to a traditional rice cooker for that purpose.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this electric food steamer. Shiny, bright & PINK! What more can you ask for? It's a steamer that won't be hidden in a cupboard! It also works very well!The 'translated' instructions are rather overwritten & the controls probably didn't need to be quite so elaborate! A simple digital timer would suffice especially when we all like our fish, veggies etc cooked to personal taste. But I applaud the detailed effort.I've only had it a couple days - but so far works excellently! Very easy to clean - but you can't put it in the dishwasher - I guess because of the rubberized handles - which actually make it super safe to handle when hot.I've seen reviews mention the base stainless steel gets 'spotty' with use - but again, an easy fix - just wipe it with white wine vinegar - & it shines up like new.

Express delivery. I got Amazon “Add a card” credit $25 to purchase this steamer pot. It’s very convenient to use, faster heating, and big enough for 1-2 persons. But the quality is not worth the price paid. I wouldn’t buy it if I didn’t get the credit.
