This screw is suitable for gypsum board walls, but not for concrete walls or ceramic walls. When installing, select the appropriate length of the screw according to the weight and type of the item to be hung. For example, for brackets with additional depth or frames that only have an edge for hanging, you can choose a wider screw; for wires, etc., you can use a shorter screw.
With a self - drilling tip, no pilot hole is required. The double - headed picture hangers can be easily drilled into the walls after being put in the right position, which is convenient and saves installation time.
They can support 30 lbs when installed in drywall (no anchor) and up to 75 lbs in wood studs

Preparation Work
Confirm the installation location, ensure that the surface of the gypsum board is flat and clean, free of dust, debris, etc. At the same time, prepare the installation tools, such as a screwdriver.
Installation Steps
Since this double-headed bear claw screw has a self-drilling tip, there is no need to pre-drill a hole. Place the screw in the correct position and then directly use a screwdriver to drill it into the gypsum board. For heavier items, try to find the wooden studs behind the gypsum board for installation to obtain greater load-bearing capacity. If there are no wooden studs, for heavier items, anchors need to be used to assist in the fixation.

These Laffeya Picture Handing Screws work well in drywall without the hassle of using anchors or plugs. Just screw them right into the drywall and you're good to go. Quick and Easy. The head protrudes so you have something to hook your picture hanging wire onto. They seem to be strong enough to hold my pictures which are around 10 lbs. The specs say they are good for up to 33lbs but I haven't tested anything that heavy.Overall I like these picture hanging hooks a lot and would order them again.

Good quality bear claw screws. Doesn’t say what lbs it supports on the package but on the ad it does say 100lbs on solid wall and 33lbs on drywall so keep that in mind.

I ordered these screws for hanging things around the house. I have used screws like this for years and they are awesome. If you've ever tried to hang pictures and whatnot on drywall, then you know that nails and screws alone just don't work because they won't hold - they come loose very easily. The alternative to bare screws and nails is use a drywall anchor, but then it involves setting the anchor fit, then setting the screw and making sure the screw sticks out just enough, etc. These are so much simpler and easier to use. With these screws you can hang items on drywall securely in one step. Just drive the screw in where you want it with a screwdriver, no need to drill a pilot hole, the screw stops at the per-determined depth, leaving a nice knob head to hang the picture on. The crew holds firm too. Boom! Bob's your uncle and you have your picture hung and you're done. Just get these - you won't regret it. Five stars.

First, I'm a product tester meaning my reviews are 100% critical. I'm 63 and retired after 32 years USMC so I've seen good and the bad. These are outstanding for use in drywall. Nails loosen and destroy the drywall, these don't.
