For Christmas decorations I use a substantial amount of artificial greenery mainly in the form of medium to large size pics. Over the years many of the pic stems started to show their age with the unraveling of the different forms of coverings of the stems. After this past Christmas holiday I decided to plan ahead for next Christmas and purchased this tape to cover all the stems before storing them. It was easy to use, adhered well and did the trick of making the greenery look good as new and all uniform with brown stems. The price was a bargain for what I would have spent to replace the greenery. Glad I thought of it, and I didn’t have to leave the house to get it.

We have an old Charlie Brown Christmas tree that was looking shaggy on the branches. Some of the sections with green was falling off. I used this tape to recover the limbs and hold the little green parts on. It took me about an hour to redo it. It actually looks better than it did new. Likely because I pulled it tight and covered it throughly. The dark brown color worked well for tree branches. I used less than half the roll.

While the product is stretchy and easy to use, it has absolutely no sticky or tape like features. I had to use a glue gun to get it to stick. From the name of the product saying “floral tape” and the product description saying “ “STRONG AND FLEXIBLE: Made of crepe paper coated with sticky materials, our floral tape has strong elasticity, light weighted and flexible to use. Easy to tear and cut. This floral tape is an excellent choice for floral arrangements, binding silk flowers, beaded flowers, wedding bouquet and craft project.” I assumed it would be tape like or at least somewhat sticky.

I had some problems getting it to stick - but worked ok in most area.It is easy to rip when you are pulling it tight so that it will stick.

It’s was my first time using this tape so I thought it was strange that it wasn’t very sticky but it works great and I ordered more.
