I liked this mini trampoline a lot initially, and I was using it almost every day. I am not a big person (5'4" and 120lbs) yet it still broke way too soon. Once one spring gave way, it was a domino effect for others to break too. How is it that this material is not strong enough to last a few months? It isn't reasonable. I tried to get a replacement one but was told the return window was closed. I bought this at the end of October 2024 and here we are at February 2025 and I already need a new one? Come on! I am very disappointed.

It’s fun and a great workout, I’m thoroughly enjoying it except when it comes to putting it away in my small apartment. Not really practical to fold it up if you’re using it every day.

UPDATE: I contacted customer service for the BCAN trampoline, they were extremely helpful, were able to send us a replacement mat and cover (which we already received and replaced) as well as springs to replace the broken one (this ones actually will be sent from abroad), free of charge. Thank you so much BCAN, I really appreciate your help and professionalism!!!! I hope the new mat will last; regardless, wonderful customer service, extremely prompt, helpful and reliable. Thank you again!!!!We bought this item for our daughter (who weighs around 110lb), who uses it daily. We had a smaller, different brand trampoline prior to this one, which lasted a few good years. We chose this particular item because of its publicized sturdiness. It came fast, easy to put together and initially worked wonderfully. However, 4 months later, it’s unusable. Initially (about 1-2 months after it came) one cloth connecter came apart. We thought it should be ok, however now 5 are undone, as pictured, and a metallic spring flew off while my daughter was jumping on the trampoline. Luckily no one was hurt, but obviously she stopped using it. Now we have to look for another one. I really had high hopes for this item.

I was looking for a 48" trampoline with no handle that I could easily fold and transport in my small car. This one is absolutely perfect! It came fully assembled and just needed unfolding and the legs screwed on so in only a minute or two we were already bouncing in the living room. (I'm 5'5"-- if I was taller I might hit my head on our low ceilings.) Most reviews do not talk about the ease of folding and unfolding by yourself but this one is definitely manageable solo. There is a Youtube video you can watch demonstrating how to fold it which I found helpful because it was intimidating the first time. Warning-- don't use the QR code in the manual- it takes you to an unsecured Chinese site that was rejected by my Iphone! Just go straight to their YouTube link instead. This trampoline is too firm for doing a knee drop unfortunately but it's otherwise a nice slow comfortable bounce and the springs make hardly any noise. The legs are spaced so that you can technically fold it without removing them, though it doesn't fold very far that way. Removing the four legs by the hinges allows it to fold further (as in the photo). I love that it can also close hinge-to-hinge like a pac-man to 1/4 its size so you could even fit it back into the box it came in if you wanted. I also like that it comes with plastic caps to keep the thread protected when the legs are removed. This little trampoline will be super easy to transport and store and I can't believe the value for the price. I saw the reviews mentioning that the spring straps can tear so I'll report back if I have any issues with that but they look pretty well reinforced so far.

I wrote the negative review below, but after contacting BCAN I felt they were very responsive in correcting the problem as quickly as possible. I don't know if the replacement mat will perform better than the original, but I always respect a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. I felt BCAN (Sucy) did this very well. Hoping for the best.My wife and I really like this trampoline and use it frequently. I am 62 and weigh about 185 and she is 53 and about 120, so we are well within the weight range specified. After a couple months, the rings hold the trampoline fabric and springs to the outside frame started to break. Not only the metal fastenings, but the fabric attaching the fasteners have broken, so it's not just one aspect of the trampoline that is failing. I've emailed the customer service of the company and have not heard back in over a month. I do not recommend this trampoline unless you weigh less than 100 lbs and you jump very, very softly. Don't think of your fitness and health because it's essential you protect the fragility of this trampoline's construction! (sarcasm)

Love this one! I ordered this one after returning a different one and this one is exactly what needed. I prefer the smaller size and without the handrail because it’s easier to set on its side for storage after using. The ones with the handrails said easy storage but you still had to disassemble the rails to fold up. The metal springs are great for an adult because it actually has the “bounce” I was looking for (vs the cloth type “springs”. It feels like a good quality build. Not noisy, easy to put together, instructions were helpful with this one.

Assembly was very easy, for the price it is very well made. I love the size but I'm a short person. I see some comments say the noise was awful but it didn't make a lot of noise to me.. no I don't have hearing problems. Works great and I have had it for a few months. Definitely worth the money spent.

It is very sturdy, I could have used a wider one I think, not sure I'm keeping it, it made my knees hurt while using it. I have some knee pain in the ligaments.

Doesn't take up too much room, very firm bounce. Came pre-assembled which I very much appreciated. It is also foldable for easy storage. Would give 5 stars, but it squeaks when I bounce on it now.

My son used the trampoline for 2 weeks daily for about 1-2 hours each day and then a seam broke so we had to return the product. I had high expectations based on reviews.
