It came rusted. Once i paid my mechanic to put it on, turns out it has a bad exaust leak due to these headers. Amazon is refusing to help at all. They will not pay my mechanic to remove them even though its THERE fault that THERE product was FAULTY. So im out $400+ for my mechanic bill and $300+ for this faulty item. I only get automated replys from Amazon.

I bought this item and 6 months later, went to have it installed. My master mechanic said the one I provided would not work. I went out of town for 6 months and came back and took headers to a closer mechanic. He tore my 2000 Mustang V6 apart to install this header after which I was told it would not fit. The oil filler tube was in the way and it touched a spark plug. It cost me $300 to take it apart, try to install, and put it all back together. So now I have spent $600 on these headers. I've talked to Amazon, who said OK we will refund the money and advise the shipping back instructions but. Nothing has happened. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this purchase. Seems more and more things are going wrong with Amazon these days.

Good solid product. Much better design than stock. I went through two sets of stock exhaust manifolds. The first set cracked and the second set OEM purchased from Amazon broke in two. These look like they are a stronger design than the OEM manifolds. They installed without modification to any of the existing exhaust pipes. The three stars are for RUST on one of the flanges on the visible side where the chrome was applied too thin. I would have returned them but I needed to get the car back on the road to drive it to work. You are looking at a 10 hour job for one person. Very labor intensive.

noticed a little on the mid to high end for peformance, and without tuning,also had a better sound from my exhaust!and during car meets, looks nice to show off

DO NOT!!!!!! buy this product if you are trying to get a better sound, performance increase by i say 0 percent. if you have stock headers already on your car keep them they make no diffence.
