Each BBK exhaust header system are CAD designed and are manufactured with 1 5/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive airflow. It has a one piece laser cut flange with 3/8 inch for added strength and durability. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

If you are looking for headers for your 1994-1996 Impala SS or B-Body this is what you need. Don't try to go the cheap way because they will not fit and you will burn your spark plug wires and your AC lines will hit. The drivers side is pretty EZ to install. The passenger side is a little difficult but it will work. Just need to move the AC lines a bit. Of course if you want to spend big money you can get the CIA for 2x the cost.

Passenger side manufacturing defect. After installation noted exhaust leak on the passenger side, due to warpage on the header. Ordered a replacement and before installing laid on a flat plane and noted the warpage in the middle was on the replacement too. Mist be a manufacturing issue. Ordered a 7404G gasket from Mr. Gasket that is dead soft aluminum to see if that can seal up the manufacturing short comings. Cost me an extra $20 in heat shield stainless tie wraps as I though I was going to have to re-wrap the replacement, (after paying to reinstall the header), not happy!

P.I.T.A. for a jack stand garage installation. If you are looking for a real time hands on instruction sheet- forget it! No big deal for myself but be forewarned, you must be mechanically inclined with some fabrication experience. I could see how some DIYers could get in a pinch.

I installed these on my 1995 Buick Roadmaster Wagon. Finish was very nice and heavy construction. The driver's side was a breeze. Passenger side needed some tweaking to carefully install without scratching the header up. Trick is to take your time and remove / unbolt any wire harness or bracket / sparkplugs that might be in the way. Attached are some pictures from my wagon.

I tried to go a cheaper route however that ended up costing me more money in the long run. These look good and fit perfect.
