How to install?
1. Choose a suitable location.
2. Mark the installation location: Use a pencil or other marking tool to mark the installation hole position of the hook at the installation location.
3. Use a 12mm electric drill bit to drill holes at the marked location, drilling depth about 6cm.
4. Insert the expansion bolt into the hole and match it with the hook hole position, put in the gasket and the hexagonal nut, and tighten the nut with a wrench.
5. After installation, check whether the hook is firm.

We may have used our rope hanger a bit different than others, but it can be used in different configurations for your type of setup.It uses either concrete anchors or wood anchor screws. As shown in my photo I used wood anchors into studs and they are very strong and hold very well. I did the same for the rope ring and have put it to the test a few times now and it holds up perfectly fine.The metal is strong and sturdy and it's not going to flex. It's heavy duty.This is great for keeping the rope easily accessible, yet out of the way. We are glad we got it and it is working great for us.

This is a solid and durable solution for storing your battle ropes. If you've used battle ropes, you know they're heavy and space-consuming. For someone like me, who's using them in my already crowded garage, finding a place to store them out of the way can be challenging. This Battle Rope hanger and anchor combination is a great solution. It comes with everything you need to work out and store the rope. It includes a hanger, battle rope connection point (anchor), strap, carabiner, and wall mounting anchors.I found the quality to be very good - strong and durable. I opted to use lag screws and install directly into the wall studs versus using the provided wall anchors. I felt more comfortable going into the studs. After testing the installation with a quick workout, I'm VERY happy with this solution. Once the workout is completed, it's an exceptionally easy task to coil the Battle Rope out of the way until the next workout.Overall, this is an excellent solution for those who want to have a Battle Rope workout station in your garage or other part of your house. I would absolutely recommend this set.

Haven't connected it yet but I am soooo excited to do so! It is very sturdy and will be a great addition to my workout space. I have the ropes but without the wall unit, I have to have someone work them with me or just to short 'whips' - this is going to be a game changer

Anchors are very cheap and would not work after a few failed attempts I drove to store and bought something to actually use item. Rack itself is good, but bad supporting hardware

I am impressed with how sturdy these materials are! Battle ropes are heavy so you need to make sure you are anchoring it to a solid place on your wall but this equipment if anchored correctly will do its job! It also comes with two carabiners - a large and smaller one and four straps which give you options for using with your battle ropes. We haven't installed it yet but I am impressed with the quality of the materials.
