Wow, what a ROPE ! My first time use, I sweat 😰 up a storm ! , Very powerful!, durable, never worry about rope wearing out, I felt a BIG difference in muscle 💪 pump, your ♥ heart count WILL RAISE resulting in FAT 🔥 BURNING, That's what I want. I purchased two of these to run a workout with my co workers. They are well made and perfect for my small group workouts. I even used them in the parking lot and they did not fray a little. The handles are comfortable and easy for people to use. I would recommend this for anyone who travels with fitness equipment.

I really do love this product. It is good for my bicep triceps and to work my chest muscles. I am 55 years old and in very good health. This exercise rope is perfect me. I just love it. The price was excellent. Worth every penny.🌻
