Step 1
Twist the back cover of the light counter clockwise and install it on a wall, ceiling, closet using the included mounting hardware.
Step 2
Insert batteries into the battery containers then turn the light body clockwise to fasten it with back cover tightly to fix the lamp.

Pay close attention to the buttons, they are very small so you have to be sure of what the setting is. When I first installed it the light would come back on immediately after turning off. This is in a closet with a closed door. After a day though it seems to be fine. I wish there was a sensitivity setting, I would make it less sensitive. The color selector switch is on the back. Its so small you could almost miss its there. No ground wire. After a few days I haven't had any more issues. Good for the price.

This light was just what I needed for my garage entrance way. The light is nice and bright. There are three color settings to chose from with a switch on top of the fixture. so you should choose the light color before installing. on the bottom of he fixture you can choose to ha e the light on all of the time with the switch or motion detection light any time or motion detect light only when dark. There is also another switch to choose how long the motion detect light stays on. I chose the medium temperature color light and motion detect at all times and the longest duration. It works great and is really nice when you are trying to come into a dark garage or hallway while carrying things.

Set up - easy ✓ brightness -just right ✓ motion sensor X My room is too dark. I didn't want to go through getting someone to come and put in recessed lights so I chose these. Since there's a remote option.. Easy! Boom bang ping! Well I chose the remote option and it STILL worked with the sensor!!!!! Why would I need the sensor if I chose remote!?? I had to tape the sensor because it kept flipping on and off every time me or the dog passed by. Anyway I'm gonna add some white tape over the sensor and keep it moving. (You might wonder why I put it up if that problem existed, I tested it and it worked with the remote and I didn't pass over it again until I had already mounted the backing)

Replaced pantry ceiling fixture with a pull chain - very easy install and works great. Love it. Watching the video on Amazon site helpful as instructions are not too good and difficult to read.

We ordered two of these—one for the garage and one for the shower—and they’re perfect! The motion activation is so convenient, and even though they’re small (about hand-sized, see pic), they light up the space way more than expected. You can adjust the brightness and change the colors from cool to warm bright to dim and everything in between. You can turn off the motion activation feature on the remote, but also there’s a switch between the batteries that lets you set it to stay on permanently or turn it off altogether.One heads-up: once the batteries are in, they get a lot heavier, so we found it best to mount them on a sturdy surface, like a solid ceiling rather than a drop ceiling.Also, if you plan on getting two of them, order the 7” singles instead of the two-pack (those need to be wired in). 😊”So if you have a spot that doesn’t have electric, or you don’t want to wire something in,these are great a choice.
