The look and low profile are exactly what I wanted to try and make my living room look more open, it's a wonderful value for the money due to the extensive functionality of the product. It's got a wonderful array of brightness setting from warm to cool white light and any color you can think of due to the rgb led's. It took maybe 10 minutes to assemble and install and I've not notice any more heat generation from this light than the one that was installed before

Got fed up replacing “smart bulbs” in a ceiling fixture and decided this was going to be a better cost benefit play. Extremely happy with the brightness and quality and installation was simple (5mins). Took a while for me to get used to the Govee app which is a lot more “bloaty” than most (tuya /globe/ Kasa etc) that took another 10 mins to set up and link with Google Home… overall experience is great and I would recommend to anyone.

Easy to install. Lovely look. Very smart functions.I got the 6 button remote to program it. Works great...when it works. But moody at times. Love having daylight / evening / night options though. Worth the trouble for sure.More concerning is the little light spill that's appeared recently when the center light is off. You can see in the pics. Not sure what's going on? Not feeling any heat. Hm.

Easy installation, easy pairing, and super bright, i only have it at 25% because 100% is way too much brightness so if you want to light up a dark room this is definitely worth every dollar, love the app you can charge it to any color you can think of

I have a few other govee products, so I thought I'd give this a try. I had an old ceiling fan that I wanted to replace with a bright light, because my bedroom was always quite dark.I'm not very handy, so I was a little nervous, but this was incredibly easy to install! The instructions were clear, and the clips they included made everything easy. I was done in about 5 minutes.And the light is SUPER bright! I love having many different lighting options, but I've got to be honest, I can't see myself ever using many of the effects and other customer things you can do with the light.Well worth the money, and if you want to go nuts with bright effects, you certainly have that option!

I loved it so much I bought 3!!! It is so bright on illumination mode. Lots of scenes to choose from. It was super easy to install, it took maybe 10 mins per light. Looks amazing as it has a side light that projects on the ceiling and a down light that illuminates the room. With dreamview you can group and pair them so it works with all govee products.

These lights are just fantastic. I replaced 2 boob lights in my room with these and they instantly improved the look of my room. The colors are vibrant and crisp. The underglow lighting is great for waking up in the morning and getting ready without having direct light in your eyes. Works very well with Google Assistant, was able to set up the scenes for 1 word commands with Google.There is one minor issue I would have liked not to be present. When using the underglow lighting with the main light turned off, you can see a small patch on each light (in the same spot no less) that lets light bleed through. Other than this issue they are great value for the money!They are quick to react to any voice commands from an assistant. They work in unison so the light in our room is very even.Some of the preset scenes are great because they only use the underglow. Most of them, thought, implement the main light into the scene which is not very great. It just flashes solid colors which can be quite jarring happening above you.All in all I would highly recommend this light for anyone considering it. So other light on the market is this convenient and has the perfect kind of underglow lighting that this one has. If you are hesitant, pull the trigger.
