This battery disconnect switch is an excellent solution for preserving battery life in vehicles that aren't used frequently.Pros:✅ Easy Installation: Installed quickly with no issues.✅ Works Perfectly: Functions as expected from the start.✅ Prevents Battery Drain: No more manually disconnecting the battery when not using the car for a long time.✅ High-Quality Build: Feels like durable metal that will last.Cons:❌ Knob Is a Bit Stiff: Turning it requires some effort, but it's manageable.Final Thoughts:This heavy-duty disconnect switch is reliable, well-made, and effective. Unlike other similar products I tried, it fit perfectly and worked without extra hassle. It is highly recommended for preventing battery drain.

This sturdy switch does the job. The terminals are cast bronze. I got this to act as a disconnect switch when connecting clamps to a deep-cycle battery. Good build quality. The label on top is not just a sticker but is covered with waterproof resin.

This disconnect switch is of medium build quality. Works well for it's intended purpose, but has one annoying design attribute. There is very little room between the load terminal post and the switch itself. This makes it difficult to fit anything other than a standard lug on the post. Other than that, it's a decent option.

Nicely made non sparking battery shut off.Lots of copper should handle 300 amps continuous if you are using it in an off grid solar system. The old Frankenstein knife switch will spark when opening and closing which can cause trouble with hydrogen or gas fumes.I ordered for the house circuit on the RV. But it is going on the farm van. Every time I go to use the farm van the battery is dead because all the doors were not closed. The down side of using a kill switch every time to keep the vehicle from being stolen is you have to reset the radio.Once you find your tools it is a 5 minute install. Pull the ground lug off and follow the enclosed instructions sheet. Turn the switch off and reattach the ground lug.The also make a battery screw lug version should you need it.
