My charging port is going bad, it constantly pops slow charging warnings when on the battery pack charging the internal battery!I've only had this a few months, and I don't see any way to contact the seller!!

After only 3 months the external charging port is failing. It either failed to stay connected or my phone warns that there is an issue. This has been recreated with different chargers and cables.

The port broke. The charger doesn't charge properly while connected. It's a terrible product

After 6 months the battery charger failed. Phone doesn't recognize it is attached. Will not even pass thru charging from cable. And forget about customer service. Buyer beware.
