I bought five these for rentals and two of them have bad valves. This picture above is not as bad as the first one that leaked it flooded the entire floor spend the extra money on better quality to not have issues like this.

These are easy to install, beautiful, modern and sleek faucets. However, after only 2 1/2 weeks of having these faucets, they are already covered in a white grime. You cannot get this grime off with just soap and a sponge. You will have to purchase lime away or something similar to get it off. Even then, it does not completely take it off. I would probably not purchase these again for that reason. Because of this, I will probably have to replace the faucet sooner than preferred.

Buying a very nice 20 year old home and it needed a few upgrades. The 2 of the bathroom sinks was terribly outdated. We decided to upgrade them both and so far so good. I have no complaints. Just be careful not to spit toothpaste onto them since it sticks out a bit more. The build seems solid, the dark look is awesome and it fits perfectly. My plummer was able to get these in with ease, no issues. Great price and value.
