I bought them for my bathroom to hang a shower organizer on the wall. I don't trust the shower pipe to hold much of anything but the shower head. It exceeded my expectations. I plan using the rest to hang towels and other things. Highly recommend. Strong and sturdy! Good material.

Look at the result on a perfectly flat wall! Experienced tradesman installed thousands of hooks and these are up there with the worst. If you look closely at pic2 you'll see that there are only about 2 threads that are meant to support the whole hook. In addition, the insert that has these two threads is bonded or spot welded or whatever sometimes loose, sometimes at a jaunty angle. Hooks flopping about all over the place.I contacted the seller. Had bought 12 of these and I was past the return window. They offered to send replacements but none came. I followed up the email that had promised them but got no reply so appalling customer service as well albeit I had next to no confidence they would be any better. DO NOT BUY.

Let's be honest you get what you pay for. These are inexpensive and quite light, however they are very well designed and manufactured, so when mounted on a solid surface, you would never know that they aren't solid brass. The concealed mounting flange is very strong and has three screw holes, and the three screws that come with it are perfectly fine going into solid wood. The covers and the posts themselves fit well and the screw attachment seems quite strong I was able to hand tighten the posts onto the bases basically as hard as I could and they are very solidly in there, with no wobble at all. Once the coat rack is on the wall, no one will know that theses aren't solid brass, because the only thing that tells you that is the weight of them. My only concern is the security of the end caps. They are press fit, and one came off while I was installing the post. It went back on and feels secure now, and none of the other ones are loose, so I think they will be fine. They aren't heirloom quality, but I was able to build a coatrack that looks high end for very little money

Looks nice, but quality not great. I ended up buying 2 packs as it was a great price. I just picked out the best looking ones to use in my bathroom. About 50% of them had manufacturing issues, bumps etc.

It says it’s stainless steel but it’s actually plastic made to look like stainless steel.

These are great no nonsense hooks. Easy to install and hold firm to wall. I hung 6 in my kitchen for towels and mitts. They look and function great. They are very brassy gold if you are looking for gold, but because we have dark green everywhere, it's a great complement. Might need to be sanded or sprayed if you want a more subtle gold.
